Overall a good experience. Integrity was quick to respond after my initial call. They said I needed custom springs because of the weight of our hurricane garage door. We had to wait several days before they could cut the replacement springs and get back out to the house. The price of these custom springs seemed a little high compared to some of the research I did online. Their springs are supposed to be a higher quality spring that will have more longevity than the springs that were being replaced, so that might explain the higher price (new springs came with an 8 year warranty). The springs were replaced while I was at work. When I returned home, I noticed one corner of our garage door wasn't going all the way down to the concrete (it wasn't this way before the spring replacement) . It took two calls before they returned to make the adjustment. They fixed the issue, all is well now. Rated a "B" only because of the return call to adjust the door, otherwise they would have got an "A". Would use again.

They are respectful, courteous, prompt and reliable. I think the name of the company really speaks volumes about who they are.

They showed up, I didn't have to do a thing. They even moved stuff that was in their way and then put the items back where they belong. Jason was very helpful in giving suggestions and helping pick out the product. They didn't try to over sell me or sell me something I don't need. I would use them again and recommend their service.

Extremely unprofessional demeanor. The technician came out to my home twice on the same day because he was dispatched erroneously. On the second visit he came to my door with a cigarette hanging from his mouth and was absolutely discourteous. When I reluctantly showed him my garage he said everything has to come out and began taking pictures to discredit me. When I told him I have cancer and I have limited ability to move everything out, but if he would tell me specifically what he needed moved I would move it. He called Choice Home Warranty and complained and sent pictures and told them I was uncooperative with him. At this point I asked him to leave my premises. He laughed and got back into his truck and backed out of my driveway. I would not recommend this company that would send an unprofessional out to my home ever again. If the company is aware of this behavior and does nothing they don't deserve your business either.

I picked this company because it had great reviews and its a family run business, which I prefer to support. Robert was very nice, explained all the issues my garage door had and WHY it was necessary to replace each part. My garage door is now very quite and rolls smoothly. Appreciated his knowledge and work. Thanks Robert. I cant comment as to the price of the service since I didn't shop around.

Missed the first estimate appointment. Was an hour late for the second estimate appoint even after they called to advise they would be there between 11-3. They offered a fair price and were on Angie's list. I gave them a 50% deposit, three weeks go bye and I have to call for a status. I get an install date a week later. I told them I would not be there and the side door would be unlocked. They finished installing about 2 on Thursday and when I went to go see my new doors on Saturday they did not function. I called only to find out they removed the springs for non payment. First I wanted to check out the install/product. Second they had my deposit for four weeks before install. Third they never gave me an invoice. They could not wait 1 day before sabotaging the product and wait till I review the merchandise. I will never use them again, I advise you to never use them and I now question Angie's list contractors.

They were fine. I got them off Angie's List. They showed up when they said they would. Their estimate and cost were the same. There was nothing wrong.

It doesn't look like I will be using them because they are a little high. The interaction with them was very good.

Andre arrived within an hour of my first call. I will be out of town for a few days and was very concerned about not being able to close the garage door. He surveyed the damage and determined that the pulley wire on one side had come off. My garage is very crowded and he helped me move everything out of the way so he could get space to work. He put the wire back on the pulley and straightened out the door, it had become crooked when the wire came off. He adjusted the springs to make it easier to open the door and got everything into alignment. The door is opening easier now than it has for a long time. Andre is a talented professional working in a dangerous business, his employers are lucky to have such a model employee.

This provider showed up on time and performed all services as they were needed and previously discussed...Service was exceptional and workers were awesome. The door works like brand new....

We called in the morning to report problem with the garage door not operating properly. The door would go down but stop part way up. When the tecks arrived they tried to adjust the springs and after trying to balance the springs they said the springs could not be adjusted then they installed new springs and the garage door opener quit working all together. They said we needed a new garage door opener and my wife agreed to the amount of $598 for the springs and the opener. They disconnected and removed the old opener before I got home and came back the next day to install the new one. My major problem is I do not believe that the springs could not be adjusted and even if this was true. The opener was working when they arrived. They later demonstrated to my wife that the opener would not function at all. I find it hard to believe that the opener and the springs went bad at the time of the service call. The techs were friendly and explained everything. They included a 3rd remote at no extra charge. They were prompt and clean. this was an expensive service call.
