+ -1 moreUnbelievable!!! Everyone at this company is warm, friendly, honest, helpful - delightful!!! I am sending this report in on the new computer. ICONcs staff spent a great deal of time with me determining what data from the old computer needed to be transferred to the new, and they accomplished that for me. They took time to demonstrate the new computer to me, and explain all that I needed to know to be off and running right away. When I got home, I was unable to access the internet, and they spent time (so patiently) on the phone with me until we determined that the issue was a provider (Bright House) issue, and then they guided me through contacting the provider. Needless to say, their guidance worked perfectly, and I'm now on line! I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to purchase a computer, and to everyone who might need computer repair. I would not ever go anywhere else, now that I've found ICNcs!!!
Description of Work: I asked ICONcs for guidance on repair of an older computer vs. purchase of a new. We agreed on purchase of a new computer. They found a great computer for me at a most reasonable price, ordered it for me, and gave me a rebate for the old computer. In addition, they worked on the old computer to get it functioning until the new computer could be obtained. This company is family owned and operated. Everyone there works together to bring the utmost in service and final outcome for the customer. I was thrilled that I chose ICONcs to help me with this process.
