Welcome to Super Scammer! Horizon Cleaning advertises 5 rooms for $34.75. Now I know why they were available the following morning! He was early! He's equipped with a very small portable cleaner. Not the truck mounted professional cleaner. He insisted on doing a FREE Demonstration of Deep Scrub Method. @ additional cost, in the middle of my living room, and can't give me any info on his cleaning fluid. I declined his free offer, and he was furious and had to call his supervisor to see what to do. Supv said I had to do the free demo. He, Joe Smith, was extremely rude and argumentive.I declined again.Supv said all carpets require Deep Scrub & Teflon. Price: $350.00 for my 350 sq.ft. of carpet.I asked if I consented to Deep Scrub, would they use hot water, and was advised he would get it from my bath tub.I declined again. I'll try your advertised cleaning. The price went down to 150.00.After exactly 6 swipes across my carpet, I knew it was time to stop the charade.Several years ago I found a great guy from one of these ads.Wish I'd read Angie's List first.At least, I didn't get robbed.

They were very bad and I ended up calling a second one to do the job. They had an advertisement in the weekly coupon flyer and I called them because they had an ad. that said $6.95 to clean the carpet, two rooms minimum. So, I called them to come out and I explained over the phone that the issue with the carpet was there was an area with stain and we hadn't been able to get it out so far. They said that they had a stain removal product that when the guy came, he would clean regularly to remove it. He told me if the stain came out, I could pay one price for the entire carpet and a little bit more for the place where the stain occupied. They charge you for the square foot. So, the guy came out and he needed to use the hot water out of the bathtub. He didn't have his own heating element. He sprayed something on half the stain and something else on the other half. He cleaned both sides and it made no difference what so ever. I told him it's not doing enough to make it worthwhile paying for the extra. I said, just go ahead and do the two rooms for $6.95 each. He got very insistent and very pushy and said the $6.95 wasn't going to do anything to clean the carpet. He said nothing is going to come out for that rate. I just told him to finish the job for $6.95 and leave. He kept mumbling on and on the whole time. It basically looked like there was product used except for hot water. Nothing else was sprayed on the carpet to remove the stains. He was rude the entire time. He didn't move anything and I had to do everything. He charged me for a very small hallway as another room. And, after all the work he just poured all the dirty water in the bathtub and left without cleaning it. The billing process was also tedious. He was so rude and nasty.

This company advertised a very low price initially. The company had a lot of upsells and the price ended up being really high. My carpet was cleaned six months prior to this cleaning. I wanted two spots taken out of the carpet. The technician did not tell me he could not get the spots taken out until he was almost done with the cleaning. He wanted me to initial his paperwork saying that I was satisfied but I wouldn't do it. I pointed out several problems while he was here but he would not fix the problems. They did show up on time but I will not use them again.

The service was terrible and all it was a sales kit which is why we got it for only $16.90. First of all they told that they were coming in to do stain cleaning and when the guy comes in, he uses hot water from my tub. He doesn’t have a machine attached to his truck or anything it’s just a roll around thing that sucks up the water after he sprays around. If you want anything done but just basic cleaning that of course cost you more money and the deep cleaning is the brush that they use to push some sort of chemical into the carpet and then suck it out and that to me doesn’t seem cleaning. It was absolutely horrible and it was nothing but a sales kit to get either do something. They sent this pour kit out which he was very nice but if you refuse that then you will have to call the company and explain why you don’t want it then they offer you a better deal price wise. Then this pour kit gets put on the spot as though his job was to come here and sell me something. It’s absolutely horrible horrible company. The only thing that I would like to tell is that everyone has to be aware of these people that advertise these cheap rates because they need a basic steam clean or deep scrub method which is good.

They did a terrible job. The carpets looked terrible when they were finished. Our carpets before looked like brand new and by the time they were done it was just awful. They tried to run the bill up when they were finished. We are very unhappy with them.

Clearly the low ball coupn was a tactic to get an entry into the home and they had no intention of performing the services for this price. Fortunately they did a fair job of actually cleaning the carpets which had some pet stains. My sister is not the homeowner and had not discussed this expensive purchase with me before hand. I would have not authorized the expensive "protectant" nor purchased the $100 warranty. I called the home office to speak with a manager about their sales tactics. I was referred to someone named "Joe" who initially would not tell me his full name when asked. He was hostile and very unprofessional to me as I asked questions about the warranty and questioned possible bait and switch tactics. When I further questioned his professionalism since he would not tell me his full name he told me his name was "Joe Smith". He continued to be hostile and implied that the warranty meant they would come back every year and clean my entire house for only $100. I see from other reports about this agency that is not really the case. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially a vunerable senior citizen.

I was very satisfied with them and I have been thinking about calling them back. It was a little more than I expected but they also did more work than I expected.

I called this company, to come and clean my bedroom and my granddaughters bedroom carpets. They are not high traffic areas but we had a few spills and a couple pet stains to be removed as well as a urine smell from our puppy's accidents. I had a coupon for cleaning three rooms for $34 and they convinced me that I needed a deep clean with a Teflon coating. They sold me an expensive guarantee on the Teflon coating and in the end they would not honor it. I called them just days after the initial cleaning was done and told them the smell and dirt had not come out of the carpet and they offered to re-clean it two weeks later for free. No one showed up and then the holidays came, I was Ill and my family was extremely busy. I had my Granddaughter call a few weeks ago and the man yelled at her and refused to clean the carpets saying that it was too late and that the dirt could be from the holidays. I called back in the second week of November to have them come again. They wanted more money.
