HERITAGE PROPANE

when they filled the tank the driver of the tank truck determined there was a leak. He did not tell anyone in our house or leave a message just locked the tank so no more propane could escape. But since i did not know the tank was locked i tried using our pool heater and created a problem with the heater which had to have a service call to correct. the only way we knew there was a leak was when someone came--three days into the next week to fix the leak. When i called Heritage Propane to complain that they could have left us a message that our tank had a leak, they responded that the driver had left a red tag down in the hole where the valve is. i saw the red thing when i checked to be sure they had filled it but i had no way of knowing that it was a sign of danger or something wrong. How hard is it to leave a tag on the door when the driver fills a tank and recognizes there is a leak?

Cancelled services due to high price and horrible customer service. Constant changes within their company is the excuse provided for delayed and inaccurate billing. Provided a full tank back to company and charges were billed to the residence. It took over 6 months to finally get a check back. I wanted to get a larger tank and every rep along with customer service provided quotes over 2x the going rates. I enjoyed the company back when it was Tampa Gas but now I can only say to compare vendors. The services worked and delivery was fine but by the time I cancelled propane delivered was almost $5/gallon when going rate was around $3.50-4.00(Max).

They stated someone will be out this week. They say that each time. I even asked it there was a shortage, they said no!

HE CAME WHEN HE WAS SUPPOSED TO AND CALLED BEFORE COMING. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE TO WORK WITH, HIS NAME IS DON. HE DID A THOROUGH GAS CHECK AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME. IT WAS GREAT BECAUSE WE HAVE NEVER HAD GAS BEFORE AND DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT.
