Description of Work: I called and left a message asking for an estimate on the work I needed done. James returned the call and made an appointment to come by after I got home from work the same day. He showed up at the arranged time and we went over what I wanted done. I wanted him to build and install a loft in a 2 car garage on two different areas as well as make an alcove in the main hallway of the house that would accommodate art work. Also had James paint master bedroom and bath room. James was able to begin the work a few days later as promised. There ended up being more work that originally discussed because he had to install a few additional beams for the lofts since I had very heavy boxes that I planned on storing. He also ended up installing cabinets and tracks in the garage for additional storage as well as porch swings and even did the Christmas lights. He did an excellent job for more than half the cost of what some other carpenters estimated for only the loft. His painting in the bedroom and bathroom was perfectly done. Very meticulous, clean and organized. We will definitely call James the next time we need ANY kind of work done.
