John is punctual and professional. Very detailed and conscientious. We were very pleased and would highly recommend.

John arrived on time, as he had previously. John is easy to work with, thorough, listens to you and does good work. This is the second time he has come to our house, and we are very satisfied with his work.

The job had its frustrations as the closet kits were nice quality but unfamiliar to both of us, required exacting measuring, and, of course, some of the walls turned out to be bowed. The studs behind the fireplace were a bit of a challenge as the target location was where new wall had been added to old ones. Also the electrician had stapled through the wire in one place. John was exactly on time each day, listened and collaborated well on my goals, and handled all these issues with aplomb. He didn't miss a beat when the gas company arrival required reprioritizing. He had all the tools he needed and kept his good humor throughout. I will use him again when I reach the next phase.

Great! John was very responsive on Angie's List. The two days he was in the office he was very prompt and worked on each project, one by one, through the day. He's honest and fair, and even gave some pointers about our AC system. I will hire him again to finish the rest of the projects. Highly recommend!

John was careful to remove items with care. He was honest and hard-working! I will be hiring him for the install of many needed items and expect that experience will be consistent.

John not only brought it back to "like new condition" but he did it within a day of me contacting him and with a price that was very fair considering all he had to do. It is the centerpiece of the front of the house and it came out PERFECT! Great guy! Great work! I'm sure I will be using him again!

John did an excellent job and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I can tell that he takes pride in his work and it showed. He was very good at communicating by phone, email and text so that we could get all the materials squared away before he came to my house to do the work. I will definitely be calling him again when I have my next list of home repairs.

John has done a great job on every task we have given him. He is very hard working and efficient and always prompt and responsive. He is a very good communicator, explaining issues as they arise and clear about what tasks he can & cannot do. His flat hourly rate is very reasonable. When an hour was not used up, he asked if we had additional tasks he could do and we gladly gave him additional small tasks to do. We plan on hiring John for future jobs, including installation of additional lighting and painting. He's a true pleasure to deal with!

John is the consummate professional. His workmanship is great and, in addition to taking care of a few jobs for me, he answered miscellaneous questions I had about other home projects.

I can recommend John whole-heartedly. There was much of work to be done around the house, both inside and out, that seemed to escape my attention over the last year or two. That's a genteel way of saying I was lazy and procrastinated. I called John, and related to him the tasks I needed done. John came here, looked over what jobs I had in mind, and gave me an idea of what he thought I could expect to pay. He gave me a daily price that I thought fair, and greatly reaffirmed my opinion after the work was done and I examined the results. The man gives a full day's work for what he is paid. He is on time, neat, very professional (to a fault) and competent. What's more, when he uncovered a glaring plumbing fault I didn't know about, he was candid enough to tell me that the complicated problem would best be served by a licensed plumber that takes care of these kinds of problems many times times a month. That's very honest of him, and brave; I've had others workmen who figured they could fix anything, and then botch the job. My wife and I have decided there is other work to be done, and I look forward to him coming out and putting this place to rights. As you can guess, I'm very satisfied with the man all around. An important trait of John is he doesn't ask unnecessary questions and waste the homeowner's time. I hope this review helps the people reading it feel comfortable using him. Paul L. Crystal Beach

The projects ended up taking a full day but I would have been happy to have paid the full day if they had not. John is not a flooring installer, and the job was not as easy as they claim in the product literature. John got it done and done well. In the future for any general projects we might have we may even save up projects so it would pay to have John to come again.

John is the best handyman I've encountered. I've used several workman over the years and there always seemed to be an issue with something. John is prompt, honest and easy to work with. His work has been exceptional and he let's you know daily about the progress. I will definitely recommend him to anyone.

John did excellent work, arrived on time, did exactly what he said he would do and even communicated proactively multiple times regarding scheduling. His work was great across a diverse set of projects and his follow-up and communication skills were well above what I've typically experienced.

We called John to get an estimate to repair a gazebo/pergola roof that had caved in and collapsed. He was very fair in his pricing for both the demo of the old roof and repair of the new roof. His attention to detail and design helped transform our entire gazebo/pergola and we couldn't be more pleased! We appreciated his initial evaluation and that he gave us a variety of design options for the repair, as well as detailed pricing for each. He was very punctual and extremely professional throughout the entire completion of the project. You will not be disappointed in his craftsmanship, as John truly takes pride in his work! He communicated with me throughout the entire process and came up solutions that would not only work, but were cost efficient. His pricing was very fair the workmanship was great. Marble was removed and floor prepared for installation of new tile. When the workmen arrived to lay the tile, they said the floor was perfect. John is timely (arrives exactly when he said he would arrive), knowledgeable, hard working, friendly and fair. We think that John is the "best".

John stayed until the work was completely finished and done correctly. His integrity and thoroughness in staying with the job until completed is most admirable.

John is THE BEST! What a blessing to have found him! His professionalism is beyond reproach, his work ethic is superior. John shows up and on time, performs all his work diligently and quickly. I've never had anyone I could call on to help me like him. I know many service companies are greedy and charge incredible prices for inferior work. This man worked so hard in our Florida heat to dig out old fence posts, mix cement, install new posts, and all was done perfectly. He also ran a new pipe and spigot for an outside faucet so the location was more convenient for me. I have been ripped off by "licensed" contractors that performed sub par services and your only recourse is small claims court. It is rare to find someone like John that does such good work and is honest and reliable. I will be using John many more times in the future! He is my "GoTo Guy"! You hire him with complete trust!

Windstorm damage put a hole in my shingle roof. John repaired it effectively; there has been no leaking since. The repair also looks great and cost less than having a roofing company do it.

John did a great job converting 48' of chain link fence to a solid board fence. This was a custom job so premade wood fence panels could not be used. The panels had to be made from scratch. John's work was very professional; he was reliable, showed up when he said he would and got the job done quickly. He has done other small jobs for me and I have been pleased with the results every time.
