Hired to remove Popcorn ceiling, install Knockdown texture and paint entire interior of house. Handy Pros assigned a bad team of painters to do ceiling work and paint inside of the house who quit before job was done. New crew had to repaint the entire house (inside). Left a mess for owner to clean up. Over sprayed windows, floors, door hardware and anything else that wasn't supposed to be painted. Cleaning crew did sub-par work. Painted Pella sliding door and ruined it. Knock down ceiling installed not per industry standard. Job was a week late causing us to delay our move in and cabinets installation. I am glad that we had them paint before we moved in our furniture. Who knows what we would have been left with? Owner will need to repaint most of the doors due to improper preparation and paint peeling off. They had an empty house and could not meet their own deadline and leave a clean and admirable product. Handy Pros Owner was polite and apologetic for the problems we had and came out numerous times to fix the improper work, but we were tired of having him come back after we found more and more problems.
