+ -1 moreDiscovered bad breaker was cause for ac blowing warm air. Unit is over 12 years old and looks it. A dishonest company would have said the unit is too old and needs to be replaced. Jeff has an awesome sense of humor. Thank you thank you!

Description of Work: I have used Fraziers for a number of years and have always had good service. I owned a condo for over fifteen years and they installed a new system and did all my service work there. Their price was the best at that time. I also referred them to several other condo owners. We all got excellent service at reasonable rates. When I moved to my present home after selling my condo, I contiuned to use them and they have serviced my system and repaired some damaged items. + -1 moreI called them out once expecting them to replace the AC and they said that we had to only replace a part. It cost only $150. The technician could have sold us the whole unit and we would have agreed to it. The compressor that they replaced when they last came out was under warranty and that’s why it didn’t cost me anything. They take care of everything. I haven’t called anyone else for the AC work. They have always been honest with me. They explain what’s going on and what they recommend. We almost know each other. The technician responded in 6 to 8 hours. They are sometimes really busy. He tells me when he is coming and he also calls me before he gets here. He doesn’t show up when nobody is here. I would use their services in the future too.
Description of Work: I have been using the services of Frazier’s Air Conditioning for 20 years now. My last interaction with them was in last spring for checking the Freon and the pressure. They also replaced the compressor during their last visit. They replaced the AC unit in the last year. They have also redone the ductwork up in the attic.
