Description of Work: I needed floors cleaned including tile and grout. I also needed carpet cleaned. My condo is on the 4th floor, but that was no problem for them!

+ -1 moreJerry has taken care of my 25 year old Berber carpet twice a year since the carpet was installed. Sure it is worn in a few places but amazingly after he lifts the dirt out the carpet looks brand new! Jerry is professional and prompt. He maintains his equipment and keeps himself updated on new technologies. I have recommended him to my friends for years and they are all continue to be satisfied!
Description of Work: Jerry cleaned all carpets in my home, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath areas, study and lanai. Carpets look amazing.

+ -1 moreJerry was cordial and very professional on the phone, we made the appointment and he showed up right on time, super nice guy that has been in business for himself for several years.
Description of Work: Jerry cleaned 2 bedrooms in my house that were heavily dirtied from the dog rolling around, the carpet was not that old but showed heavy discoloration especially in the high traffic areas. When Jerry was finished I could not believe how much better the carpet looked and the actual real color came back.

+ 0 moreI've been using Floorcovering Technologies for 20 years in my home and in my rental properties and I would not trust my carpets or floors to anyone else. Jerry is honest, trustworthy, a man of integrity and one of the kindest people you could meet. A year ago my front loading washer opened mid-wash and released gallons of water onto my carpet. I called Jerry and he was at my house within 30 minutes. He worked for an hour getting the water out of my carpet and then insisted on leaving his professional strength fan with me for the week so that we could be sure to avoid any mold or odor issues. When I asked for a bill, Jerry refused to charge me. I can't say enough about this company and about the people who own it. I would highly, highly recommend them to everyone!
