Rick came within the time frame. He was alone and moved all the furniture, did what he had to and put back all the furniture. He was professional, polite and worked extremely hard non-stop until the job was complete. I was very satisfied.

They screwed the order up royally. They promised to have it ready the next morning or whatever and then it wasn't ready. We spent 3 to 4 hours waiting for them to get it together. So it cost me an additional labor cost of $400 or $500. They should have had a manager or somebody in there that straightened it out. I've only had one experience with them and I wouldn't go back.

I was referred to this store by my contractor. I needed tile in pretty short order and had to wait a week to meet with Stacy. We arrived on time at 5:30 and she said she was running late and would be with us in 20 minutes. That 20 minutes turned into an hour. after I offered to leave and come back, she rudely said "if you go then I will too." Then she whined and complained about missing dinner gruffly ran around and picked up an ugly orange glass bathroom tile. We both thought she was kidding but was serious. Then, when we politely said it would be too radical, she picked out a bland tile. Then rushed around, made us pay $25.00 for the samples and sent us on our way. Selection was minimal for a backsplash and the "free" design service was worth what we paid. . . Nothing

Do not waste your time going to this store. I arrived at this store and could not get any assistence. I had a sample of my cabinet and granite couter top that I was trying to match to porcelain tile and wood flooring. There were no carts available. So I had to carry these items all over the store which was a real inconvenience. Several of the employees walked around and did little or nothing. I watched one play on the computer and look out the window and when I asked him for assistance he could not be bothered. One employee named Riley did help me but he was overworked because none of the other employee were doing much. They did have a wide tile selection but I was told that you need to buy the tiles now because they may not be available in a week or month. I didn't find their prices to be all that great and actually found similar tiles at another store for a lot less. I was also pushed to the more expensive but high maintenance travertine tile which I did not want. I did buy a sample tile but it took me close to 15 min to check out as they only have two checkout lines. Others have made similar observations don't waste your time.

Using a preferred installation company for Floor and Dand eacute;cor, I arrived with a materials list and a piece of my flooring material to match (it is nothing exotic). I was greeted at the door by a man who was not interested in helping me obtain any items on my list. My list was on company letterhead from the installation company. I was told since I did not purchase all of my flooring materials from Floor and Decor that they would not be able to help me. He didn't even point me towards the items to look for myself. We walked around the store, that was not incredibly busy and no one offered to assist us in our search of materials. My friend and I left. I called the installation company to let them know I was seeking alternate options. My laminate floor installation was completed by an amazing installation company. My friend purchased her tile and had installation elsewhere as well. Floor and Dand eacute;cor sells stuff I wanted to purchase... Not wanting to be helpful and sell us items we wanted was just dumb. We are both very happy with our new floors and ready to start our next project, no thanks to Floor and Dand eacute;cor.

This was a terrible experience. I paid this company to help me and was treated unprofessionally. I do not recommend anyone else use this company. I worked with Stacy, the supervisor in the decorations department. She was very rude to me and made me cry. She also humiliated me in front of others. Stacy designed and ordered the cabinets and vanities for me on 9/13/13. However, after the order a contractor came to my condo and, in the process, informed me that a load-bearing wall could not be removed. This meant Stacy's design needed to be changed. When I contacted Stacy the next day about this she became very upset and told me I was crazy. She also said she would need to pay for the re-order and therefore became very reluctant to reorder. I ended up calling Stacy's manager and he asked me what I wanted to do, I told him I wanted a redesign so he agreed. It took Stacy about a week (9/19/13) to submit a reorder. I had a contractor lined up to install the cabinet when they were set to arrive. However, when the cabinets arrived they were a completely different color than what we had agreed upon. The delivery company insisted these wrong cabinets would need to be stored in my condo while they worked with Floor Decor to sort out the issues. It took them four days of discussions. The end result is we discovered Stacy's reorder was incorrect (had the wrong color indicated). Each time we try to work with Stacy she is very unprofessional. We tried and tried to come to an agreement but were unsuccessful. Stacy initially only offered to take $300 off the back splash for these issue. When we said this was unacceptable their final offer was to take $250 off the price of kitchen counter tops. Keep in mind we spent $5,300 just to order the cabinets and vanities. Due to potentially losing our contractor and the fact I was moving out of the condo (I would've had to pay $1,400 more to extend the lease) I was forced to accept these wrong cabinets and have the contractor install them. Again, I do not recommend anyone work with this company, Floor Decor.

It took a while for us to find an employee to help us. When we did, the young woman was ready to help and took time to make us happy. Her expertise was very good and her knowledge of the tiles available was appreciated. We were working with Classic Kitchen so we asked our sales person to have the tile available for pick up the next day. She assured us that the name and square footage needed of the tile would be held at the front desk. When our installer came to pick it up, no one at the front desk had any knowledge of the tile that was supposed to be on file. When the sales girl was finally located, she explained that we would have had to pay for it to have it ready. We did not pay for it, as it was included in the price of our kitchen. We did not expect for the tile to be ready and waiting. We just wanted our installer to know all the details when he went to pick it up. It took some time to find the tile, and when they did, they said they were not sure they had enough of that tile on hand. It was about a half an hour of confusion. Luckily, they did have enough in stock. This whole experience was frustrating and could have delayed the progress of completion of our kitchen.

It went very well just on sales. We didn't use them for installation. We bought hardwood teak. They are professional. They have very good customer service. They knew their business and they help us see exactly what we wanted.

Floor and Decor did well explaining the different products they have and their professionalism was excellent.

From the minute my husband and I got to the store we knew it was going to be different from all the other stores we had been to. We were immediately greeted and offered help. Our request to just look around was honored. The store is huge, bright, clean and well organized with wide aisles. There is every type of tile possible in every price range and, unlike the big home improvement stores, most of it is in stock. When we finally asked for help the sales person was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly assessed our needs and was able to help us makes choices that went together beautifu

The prices were a lot less than other places we checked. We are doing the installation of the floor ourselves. Their customer service was excellent and we had a lot of help and they did not pressurize you. They left you alone to decide if you did not need help. They also hold classes on how to do the installation and it was wonderful. We paid 488 a square yard and it was for the teakwood and we really saved a lot of money with them. The quality looks good. We never put in a wood floor and they were all helpful and answered any question we had and asked if we had anymore.

This job was a nightmare. Not only did the product arrive almost 10 days late, but it wasn't even the color wood we had ordered! More disastrous, however, was that the Floor and Decor installer was totally inept. The floors began to buckle and tent almost immediately (the day following) installation, and had to be removed entirely about a week later. We then had to live on a slab floor for the next two months while the issue was investigated and resolved. While a certified inspector investigated the problem, we were denied access to his report. We were told our slab had 'moisture problems' and that if we wanted them to reinstall hardwood floors, the floor would not be under warranty. Later we had a different vendor install much prettier hardwood maple floors (at a lesser cost!) in our home, and without problem. We've had the floors since the end of January now, without the slightest hint of problems.

Great showroom, great selection, great prices, but beware their recommended installer, Ceramic Creations. That's where the problems occurred.
