Flawless Arborist

Joseph left a 30 foot tree trunk standing up and tons of logs in my back yard. He stopped work and demanded more money. Plenty other tree cutters out there, avoid this guy!

Prompt response and reasonable pricing, but that's about all I can say to recommend this company. We have 2 trees that needed attention post Irma. One definitely needs to come down, and one is questionable. Since there is significant memory attached to the questionable tree, and we were uncomfortable with taking it down, I told him we were going to hold off and get a second opinion, just to be sure that was the route we wanted to take. This was his response: Alright Unfortunately we are unable to get you in anymore. Indecisive In a time of need there is other people who have trees on there home and you wasting my time at this point. Best wishes Respectfully, Joseph McDonald Flawless Arborist Since at NO time did we demand to be placed first on his list or be taken care of immediately, this was highly unprofessional and uncalled for. Why so sensitive about someone needing a second opinion to feel comfortable with an expensive and emotionally charged decision? I'm glad we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

They did a great job at the best price. Joseph took the time to explain the projects in detail. He was there for the entire job & made certain it was all done the right way. They cleaned up all debris (including in the pool), they took the trash containers to the pick-up trucks. All trash was hauled away. A superior job at a great price!

The owner Joseph McDonalds introduction to his company is "Quality is doing the right thing when no one is looking". What it Really should be is "QUALITY IS DOING THE WRONG THING WHEN NO ONE IS LOOKING" HE WRITES HIS CONTRACTS SKETCHY IN ORDER TO DO HALF THE JOB EVEN WHEN YOU VERBALLY TELL HIM EVERYTHING YOU NEED DONE. IF YOU DONT CHECK THE JOB, HE WILL CHEAT YOU. Joseph called me and stated they were done with the work that I requested. He met me to pick up the balance owed. When I arrived at my new house I did a complete walk around. Had I known there was still a mess I would never had paid him the balance. We discussed the removal of ALL mulch and leaves. We also discussed the cleaning up of the banana trees. He told me his stump guy would clean up. None of which was done. I text him and got no response but as soon a a write this review he wantef to call m either go back and finish the job or go away. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FLAWLESS ARBORIST OR JOSEPH MCDONALD AND I TRULY BELIEVE HE MAKED UP HIS OWN REVIEWS.

I can't say enough about what a great team of professionals worked on my landscaping. At first, I was suprised that the owner was so young, but my best friend had given them rave reviews. She was right. They worked very hard for 6-7 hours on my landscaping. They did an amazing job, but more importantly they were very respectful. I was working from home with my windows open that day and could watch and hear most of their activity. I was very impressed that despite the difficult work, no cuss words, great cooperation, and the owner, Joseph, was a great leader and coordinator to his team. I could not be more enthusiastic about recommenting Flawless Aborist to work on your home!

Within 48 hours of calling Flawless Arborist, I had the removal permit and the next morning the tree was removed. We now have a beautiful baby Adonidia palm in our front yard and we couldn't be happier with the speed and service we received from Flawless Arborist. We will definitely call again if we ever need any tree work, and we probably will, with 11 Oaks in our back yard!

I was very pleased and will use them again. They were professional, respectful, polite and courteous. They confirmed what I wanted done and did a walk through before leaving to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. They cleaned up the debris and left the yard looking neat.

Joe was extremely quick to come review our job. When a cancellation in his schedule allowed him to complete our job within 1 day of him reviewing job we were quite happy, as we were leaving town in a couple days. Joe is very knowledgeable about trees. He quickly formulated a plan to remove some dead wood on all of the trees. Pricing is very reasonable. Cleanup was flawless and completed as he completed each tree.

Joe and his crew were awesome. I will be using them again in the future.

Joseph and his crew got the job done fast. He and his team were very professional I would hire them again in a heart beat!

Joseph put in French drains in our backyard, we had horrible flooding before his work and we have horrible flooding after his work. He is refusing to help us and make it right. We spent a lot of money and now we can't even get a hold of him. Very unprofessional! I do not recommend!

Joseph arrives every week and provides lawn mowing primarily. He appears to care about the quality of his work. I have been using his services for a month and have no complaints at this time. Only once he did not come on the date agreed to, but he came the next day. He responds to texts if there is a question, and I really like that. He states that he will also provide mulching, etc, but I have not had that done yet. At this point, I would highly recommend him.
