Vendor did not return phone call after two business days.

He had to call and ask for directions three times. He did not clean the downspouts, and was upset when I asked him to do that. The manager did call back to apologize for this mans work.

I spoke with John, told him what I needed, he was on a job and would call back to come by and give an estimate. Stan called and came by and we shook on an estimate. We set a date to do the job. On that date Stan called and said a storm was coming so he would postpone till another day. Stan showed up about an hour later unannounced. I had to ask for a written estimate and Stan went back to his car and wrote one by hand on plain paper. Toward the end of the job Stan says he'd like another $25.00 because there was extra work to screw down the existing screens. I said I hate it when the price goes up, and said then I will not ask for a senior discount. Stan chuckled and said he was a senior too, but ok, he would do it anyway. After Stan left, I went out and cleaned the remaining dirt off the patio furniture. I chose this outfit by the high ratings on the Angie list. I don't figure to Angie's list anymore either.

It was very good work.

On original date scheduled workers did not appear and did not call. Made second appt for ''first job of the day''. Again workers did not appear and did not call. When I called and asked when they would arrive owner JOHN DEKIEVIT could give no estimate of when. He suggested I try another company.

They were just wonderful! He was very clean and courteous. They were reasonably priced.

SKILLED WORKERS, WITH QUALITY MATERIALS. VERY PLEASED WITH IMMEDIATE APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING.

I WILL USE THEM AGAIN. VERY COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I CALLED THIS COMPANY AND THEY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I CALLED THEM AT LEAST 4 OR 5 TIMES AND WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE LAST TEN DAYS. IF THEY COULD NOT COME THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD US.

JOHN ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED FOR AN ESTIMATE AND ARRIVE AS SCHEDULED TO DO THE WORK. HE COMPLETED THE WORK IN A LITTLE OVER TWO HOURS. IT RAINED HARD HERE YESTERDAY AND THERE WERE NO LEAKS OR WATER OVERFLOWING THE GUTTERS. WE'RE PLEASED WITH HIS WORK.

WHEN THEY FIRST PUT UP THE GUTTERS I WAS NOT SATISFIED, BUT THEY CAME BACK RIGHT AWAY AND FIXED THEM TO MY LIKING.

ESTIMATE WAS ABOUT $100 MORE THAN THE OTHER ESTIMATES. DIDN'T REALLY LIKE THAT THE ESTIMATE WAS WRITTEN ON A RECEIPT WITH A LUMP SUM AMT THAT DIDN'T REALLY HAVE A BREAKDOWN OF THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE AREA TO HAVE DONE.

THEY WERE PROMPT IN COMING OUT, GIVING AN ESTIMATE, AND COMPLETING THE WORK IN TIMELY FASHION. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK IS FINE. IT HAS RAINED A LOT SINCE THEY WERE INSTALLED, AND THEY ARE WORKING WELL!

VERY PROFESSIONAL & DEPENDABLE. REASONABLY PRICED, DOES GOOD WORK.

THERE WAS A SLIGHT DELAY IN STARTING DATE DUE TO THE WEATHER AFFECTING THE PREVIOUS JOB. THE OWNER CALLED TO EXPLAIN THE DELAY. THE JOB WAS RESCHEDULED AND COMPLETED SATISFACTORILY AS AGREED. I WOULD HIRE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

I HAD TO PUT HIM OFF FOR A LITTLE BIT AND HE DIDN'T TAKE IT OUT ON ME, CAME OUT ON MY SCHEDULE. HE DIDN'T CHANGE THE PRICE WHEN HE GOT OUT TO MY HOUSE.,VERY POLITE AND SHOWED THAT HE GENUINELY CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS.
