These people are exceptional! Before ordering the sink it was suggested I have someone come out and determine the correct size and make sure there were no mounting problems. Dale and Pedro came out and spent a tremendous amount of time reviewing and inspecting the project. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them for all of my future projects.

Arrived on time an quickly completed the job in an excellent manner. Plan to use them for the reinstall.

It was a joy working with Cliff and Theresa at Exceptional Granite Tile and Marble. They made us feel so special. There were so many choices of finishes and patterns of marble to offer us. Everything was completely explained about the installation process and pricing. The work was done right on schedule and our kitchen looks absolutely beautiful. The men who did our installation were very professional, careful of our home and extremely courteous. The price was very reasonable for high quality products and work. We would highly recommend this company to everyone who would like a company that would make a remodeling project painless.

A very professional company with high standards of workmanship. The initial appointment was arranged promptly and the estimate was competitive so we decided to go-ahead and schedule the work. On the day itself, Dale and his co-worker arrived promptly and worked tirelessly and with great precision for nearly 4 hours until the job was done. We are very pleased with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Exceptional Granite to others.

This aptly named company did a great job of replacing our outdated countertops with beautiful stone. I sent a message to them through Angie?s List and they called me that same day to schedule an appointment. I had planned to call two others I found, but after meeting with Cliff and receiving a prompt and reasonable quote, I didn't bother shopping around. Cliff, the owner, was involved from start to finish, and the entire staff is very professional, knowledgeable and capable. They did a great job of managing and meeting our expectations throughout the process. The hard working installers provided meticulous attention to detail and quality workmanship. We even received a follow up phone call from Cliff AND a hand-written thank you note from Theresa after the job was complete. "Exceptional" indeed!

Our kitchen sink had started dropping down, coming unattached from the granite countertop. It had not been installed properly by the previous homeowner only being held in place with 3 plastic clips and caulk. We called Exceptional Granite, Tile and Marble after reading reviews here on Angie's List, to see if they could help us out. They came out 2 days later (they would have come the next day but we were not going to be home to meet them) arriving earlier than they thought they would when we set the appt. (score extra points here!) They came in and got right to work. They removed the sink, thoroughly cleaned it and the granite opening and reinstalled properly. They worked continuously without a lot of chitchat. And when they were done they left the work area clean. We would use this company again.

the owner came and looked at the coffee table top said they can fix it. His men would be here later today and take it back to the shop to fix and polish. They will bring it back tomorrow fixed. I am sure it will be great.

I met Cliff at his shop and told him my problem and the first thing he said was lets jump into my truck and go and take a look at the granite where I got. He could then be able to tell me if we can do 18" over hang. I was so impressed that he would take the time to drive to the granite yard with his busy schedule to help me out at that minute. Cliff said no problem and my design was back on track. I voiced my concerns that I wanted to make sure that the piece of granite was not damaged in anyway before we go and pick it up from Granite-Plus, so it doesn't turn into who did the damage pointing fingers problem. Cliff and his team did a great job and I still can't believe that they got center Island in my house. Pictures are worth a thousand words so here come a few thousand. I decided to have Cliff do 2 bathrooms with granite that he had at his shop and they look great. The price above is for only the center island.

If you are in the market for any kind of granite or stone work, you owe it to yourself to try Exceptional. Their facilities are very modest, but their service and responsiveness are outsized. Because of the reviews on Angie's List, I took in a rough drawing of an idea we had for a granite console top. Cliff took charge, found the perfect granite remnant for us, interpreted and re-drafted our pathetic drawing, and promised completion of the final product the next day. When I returned the next day, the piece was completed perfectly, polished and sealed, ready to be installed. All for a very reasonable price. That was a perfect experience--so rare these days. If I could rate A+s for all categories, I would.

I would give Exceptional Granite and Tile an A+ if I could. They were good enough to agree to do my job, after several other Granite and Tile companies I called had turned me down because my job was "too small". They were on time, courteous and professional. Dale carefully removed my old sink, cleaned and polished everything up, caulked and remounted the new sink with extra bracings for greater support for the new sink. It was evident to me from the attention and focus on detail that he demonstrated, that he took great pride in his work. Lupe was good about agreeing to re-install the dishwasher my way. He recommended installing with screws, which meant he had to drill holes in the countertop in order to do that. I did not want any drilling into my countertop, so he gracefully respected my wishes and epoxied it into place. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. Theresa and Cliff, in the office, were great about answering all my questions and e-mails; and calling back when they said they would. They were very competitively priced. The only thing I didn't like was the noise from the dry-vac machine(a necessary evil). They did a great job.

"Exceptional Granite Tile and Marble, Inc." Stood by their name "Exceptional" Mr. Miller' Owner went beyound the call of duty! My husband and I were shopping around for granite for our new kitchen that we were having installed. I saw a granite slab that I fell in love with "Blue Pearl Royal" I asked the lady at this particular warehouse location if I needed to put a deposit down to hold this piece for a few weeks until I found an installer, she said no I did not and would put my name on that piece of granite and hold it for me for two weeks. My husband and I went to a few places that install granite but did not get good feelings when talking about installation and how long to complete the job. My husband said perhaps we should go on Angie's list and check out installers. On the way home he took a back road and when we turned the corner on the right hand side of the road, there was "Exceptional Granite Tile and Marble" I said to my husband 'oh my goodness' look at that here's a granite place not too far from our home perhaps we should check them out. His reply was, "When we get home I'll look on Angie's list and see if their listed." Sure enough they were. I went there Monday morning early, Theresa' part of the office personnel greeted me, we talked like two friends, she was very pleasant and most helpful indeed. I wanted to meet with the owner of "Exceptional Granite Tile and Marble", and discuss installation and cost etc. Theresa' was most kind to set up an appointment for the next day. I was amazed to say the least. Mr. Miller' said lets go see that granite you picked out, I asked if I could drive, he got into my truck and off we went to where my granite was being held for me, I was prepared to pay for it on the spot when I first saw it and when Mr. Miller and I went to looked at it again. Unfortunately when we arrived we were informed it had been sold, my heart sank as this was the piece of granite I truly wanted for my kitchen. Mr. Miller' smiled at me and told me not to worry, I explained to him what the lady had told me when I first picked it out, I was a little upset needless to say, Mr. Miller assured me we would find another piece of granite like the one I had picked out at that particular granite warehouse we just left. He guided me to several other granite warehouse locations, after a few hours we came across another piece of 'Blue Pearl Royal' granite. I was amazed that this business owner took time out of his busy schedule to accommodate me in finding a replacement slab of granite for my kitchen, how blessed was I' (I thought to myself) to have found such a remarkable businessman. :o) I drove Mr. Miller back to his business, and thanked him for his kindness; I know he did not have to do that for me, yet he did, (speaks volumes for the kind of person he is). I received my quote via email, the price was more than fair, my husband and I gave the go-ahead. Cabinet installers were held back as two cabinets needed to be replaced. I was a bit worried as my granite had already been delivered to "Exceptional Granite and Marble" I notified Mr. Miller by email to inform him of what transpired. He assured me not to worry once again and when the cabinets were completed to let him know and he would send his team to do template and install granite following week. Everything went as Mr. Miller said it would. The installation team "Lupe & Dale" were punctual, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable in their expertise of templates and installations. Everything went smoothly and was "Exceptional" to say the least. What a wonderful group of professional people who work at "Exceptional Granite Tile and Marble Inc." I can't thank them enough for the wonderful job they did. "I am so very grateful" and every time I stop to marvel how beautiful my kitchen looks, I will think of them all. Exceptional Granite, Tile and Marble, Inc. was EXCEPTIONAL!! This was truly THE best handyman project EVER performed in my house that met EVERY high standard that I seek. On the first day that I called just to talk, they sent an installation team to the house to take a first set of measurements. Only TWO WEEKS LATER, the job was completely finished to perfection (our job was about 3-and-a-half slabs worth of granite). Now the in-between: Cliff (owner), his daughter/assistant (Ashley) and Theresa in the showroom/office were the most pleasant folks to talk to, answer questions, give us guidance and ensure us of their commitment to the highest quality product & service. They were all true to their every word. The installation team (Lupe & Dale), who did the initial measurements, also later built precise templates, here in our house, for every piece of granite to be cut. During the installation they were very careful to avoid any damage/scratches, the floors were protected, and they left absolutely no mess behind themselves. The installation was flawless right down to the grout/caulking lines which can drive ME crazy if not perfect. They had to "tweak" one or two of the pieces of granite during installation which COULD have been a very dusty/messy procedure. With teamwork (and "shopvacs") I could never tell that they had cranked-up their power tools. The entire Exceptional Granite team was punctual, very courteous, friendly, and excelled in their individual talent on the overall team.

The dates schedule for all services were kept and on time. The quality of work was excellent - Cliff worked with us to make sure the granite was cut to maximize the beautiful design. After searching on both sides of the bay and being very discouraged with lack of service and information - Angie's List is how we found Exceptional Granite. thank you to Cliff and his team.

If you can not make it back to the shop to chose your layout after the templating. No worries Cliff took wonderful pictures of multiple choices - which allowed us to choose the best for our use. We chose 1 slab to use in our master bath and 2nd bath. We can not speak highly enough of this company. The install was completed on time, with quality and professionalism of his team.

From the first moment I walked in the door of the company, Cliff's team bent over backwards to make sure they delivered an exceptional service and an outstanding quality of product. We toured several stone yards, and elected to use fairly rare materials that are not easy to fabricate. Lupe, their master fabricator, created works of art for our kitchen, bathroom and outdoor kitchen countertops. Everything was done professionally and in a very timely manner. We've renovated many homes before, and will likely renovate a number of additional homes in the future. Exceptional Granite will be our first choice for stone every time!

Decided to go with Exceptional Granite after calling on 4 different companies they were the only one with the remnant slab we wanted. We are thrilled they were the one that had it. Cliff came out and did the measurements and 'blueprint' for the cut. Within 1.5 weeks they installed our counter. This was over the holidays and the communication was fantastic from them to me. Kayla was diligent on following up with quotes and time lines and everything was met without fail. Very professional and met every expectation I could have asked for.

From the beginning to end, this project was a positive experience and pleased and satisfied with the product, quality and service provided by its employees. Exceptional Granite was very easy to work with. I was in a bit of a time crunch (like who isn't?) and these folks really stepped up and accommodated my schedule. My remodeling contractor had another Granite installer lined up, but that person became unavailable at the last minute. Work had my wife and I out of town, so we had to initiate this project remotely. Everyone from Kala, the telephone receptionist, to Cliff, the owner, and everyone in-between bent over backwards to help this get this project completed on time and with absolutely no disappointments. They all worked very well with my daughter, who was tasked with the difficult task of picking the stone for us. She was received very well and was very impressed with the lengths that the Exceptional staff went to to help her make informed decisions. She was at our home during the measurment process and was very comfortable and confident that these were the folks we should deal with. She was so right! There was a minor problem with the original quote, but Cliff stepped up and went way beyond what most would do to make everything right.I am so impressed with the integrity demonstrated by Cliff, I can't begin to say. When my wife and I finally met him in person, which was when the job was complete, we both were very impressed with his professionalism. The finished job is so much more than I expected. The fit and finish was second to none!. I would use Exceptional Granite again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Cliff and Lupe are great! We had used them in 2010 to do our kitchen counter tops and back splash and they did a fantastic job back then, so we knew when we needed more work done to just call them to get it done. When you meet with them you can trust that Cliff will help to discover the best color/design granite for your project. He has patience and will go to as many place as you need to in order to locate that perfect slab for your job. On our first project together we found the right design, but the slab was not good, if it weren't for Cliff we would have made a costly mistake. Lupe is spot on with his temp-lets for making your counter tops and he is meticulous in his installations.
