He is perfect. He is wonderful. He installed two outside plugs for me and we had problems with the manufacturer, not with his work. He is very good. If I ring him, he is here the next day. I haven't had the bill yet. Whether or not he is going to send me a bill because he was repairing a piece of equipment that his people had installed a couple of years ago. If I know Sonny, he will make an allowance, if he does charge me, for the fact that he installed the original piece of equipment, which failed. What they did was, they opened the plug and there was something inside that had gone bad. They just took it out and put a new piece in. He might consider that comes under the original installation, knowing him and his people. They're first class. Normally, he comes out himself. But this time, he sent a couple of guys.

They gave good initial advice and the service was prompt. They were conscientious and did what they said they would do. They didn't ask for money upfront. They were very responsive and very straight. The owner's name was Sonny. I got another quote for $15,000 so his price was obviously a lot better. I would absolutely use them again.
