They did an excellent job, they did it about 15 years ago and I traveled so much I could not keep up with it so they just came and redid it. It went really well, since the hurricane was coning and they had a lot of people on their list they double teamed me. It was all done in somewhere under four hours. They are very punctual. They came out and measured or drew me a picture and then met the date to come out and actually do all the work. They pricing was fair as well. All the labor, plans, everything was all included in the price.

Our backyard is a joy to spend outdoor time in now! The job went as planned, and on budget - except that WE added some work and we were given the new additional costs promptly and in writing. We had a couple of minor call-backs and Dave and his crew at Eden Nursery responded right away, taking care of the minor issues. For example, one cannot determine how the outdoor lighting will look until dark and each person has their own preferences. We wanted a few adjustments on highlight some of the large trees and Dave handled it promptly. A pleasure to work with this team - thoroughly professional at all times. The job went smoothly over the few day period.

David was very professional and easy to work with. He worked with us to develop a detailed plan for the new landscape prior to us agreeing to have the work done. We were having some roofing work done at the same time which started later then planned. Eden was more then willing to work with us to re-schedule the landscaping to avoid a conflict. On the scheduled day they showed up on time and completed the job with no delays. They were a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

we were very pleased with the work performed,they gave us a quote timely, reviewed the quote with us in detail. We accepted the quote and the following monday they were ready to do the work. the completed the job in one day. they installed a basin for a foutain that goes through a large urn, they installed the drip lines that go to the plants they installed, they installed low voltage lighting to shine on the trees and to provide lighting for the entrance way. they installed the red rock, slate slabs and mexican black stone. the people were very nice, and seemed to know exactly what we wanted when describing what they could do. They later made it come to life and we are very happy with the work performed. the cost was a little more then anticipated but you get what you pay for, and we got a beautiful front entrance way.

We've been purchasing regularly from Eden Nursery since 1981. In June, we purchased two trees, both of which were over 6 foot tall. We had Eden deliver & 'plant' the trees (total cost of trees and planting was over $300). We were surprised when the 'planting' involved only digging a hole and putting the tree in, as opposed to loosening the root-ball, amending the soil and forming a tree-ring around the base to hold water. We followed their step by step instructions for care. Within the first 2 months, we contacted them indicating there was absolutely no new growth on the trees and were told it was normal (although we were told when we purchased the trees that they were fast-growing trees). Now, 6 months later, one is still living (but still has NO new growth at all) and the other is dying. A rep from Eden came out today and we feel he was ready to find ANY reason to not stand behind his product. He said the health of the tree was poor because fertilizer was too close to the trunk (a few white specks were near the trunk of both trees). Now.... both trees (side by side) were treated the same way and fertilized the same. Knowing that we didn't put fertilizer right next to the trunk, I asked if heavy rains (which we HAVE had within the last couple of months) could have made the fertilizer congregate near the trunk and he countered saying that there has been no heavy rain (which is absolutely not true). When asked about the lack of growth, he said that the trees only grow during the Spring, which again, according to published information & our own personal observation of the growth of the same trees locally, is absolutely not true. Eden will not do a thing regarding this problem. We KNOW how to grow plants & trees and have never had a tree or plant die in the past due to care. We feel that the trees were unhealthy from the start. We will NEVER give our business to Eden again and strongly advise everyone to take their business to Lowes or Home Depot (who will accept returns for ANY reason for up to 1 year).
