Signed the contract 1/9/06. It is now July 28th and the roof is not completed yet. They have done nothing but lie to me from the beginning. The work they do seems to be up to code, it is just getting the work done. On 2/25/06 they removed the old roof and installed a "Tin Cap" roof. This is a temporary fix of 2 - 4 weeks at most until installation of the 90 lb paper which make the roof water proof. They left the "tin cap" roof on for over five months and I have had 3 different leaks which has done additional damage to my ceilings that will cost me serveral thousand dollars more than originally contracted with the drywall contractor. Eagle Development could care less about their customers or their particular situations. The owner, Mike Rubino has refused to return any of my over 30 calls to his office over the past sixty days. It is my suggestion that anyone needing a new roof should avoid this company. They should lose their licence as roofing contractors.
