Description of Work: I bought the annual service package that was offered on Angie's. I just moved into a brand new house and was invaded by Pavement ants. Very common around new construction. Drive Bye were great. They came out and did a thorough inspection. They spent a lot of time with me explaining how this type of ant comes in, how they treat of them and what to do and not do when dealing with the ants. The service was very professional, friendly and courteous. I haven't had a problem with ants since the treatment. My package included one annual interior treatment then additional exterior treatments. They always call prior to coming and leave a note on what they did. I liked them so much, I recommend them to a friend. She hired them to treat a bedbug invasion. They were not only the lowest cost, they told her she didn't need the more expensive treatments other companies were quoting. Took care of her problem in one visit too.

Description of Work: They came promptly, did the work, and showed me where the ants were probably coming in. I called them 3 weeks later because I still had an ant problem. They came, did additional work, but the ants are still here.

We called several companies then Drive Bye and they were very responsive. They were at my house at the time they arranged which happened to be within a couple of hours of our call. Napolean was the tech who came, examined the problem then gave us our options. The next day, which was Saturday, he was there and treated our entire property
