+ 0 moreChris showed me what needed to be done, and gave continuing progress reports, full details and options on any additional issues so I could make an informed decision on additional work needed. He is courteous, professional and his work is excellent with attention to esthetics. What I most appreciated about Chris was his willingness to allow me to "assist". I am an avid DIYer so he let me be his "gofer" and watch and learn from him. He actually taught me as he went, explaining everything he was doing and why...right down to his tool choices and the tricks one learns through experience. Honestly, we could have done a "Sweat Equity" or "10 Grand in your Hand" episode for TV! His attention to detail, ethics and honesty are beyond anything I have encountered in years. I still have my list Chris, so let me know when you return to Tampa Bay!
