Description of Work: I actually used them years ago, prior to the date allowed by your field. They built my dock, and did a revision a few years later, adding a floating dock. They were great at dealing with the city (never easy in Belleair) as we needed a variance, and skillfully were able to retain an old structure and incorporate it into the new design. It has been about 8 years. Everything still looks good and functions.

+ -1 moreEverything went well with the work Dolphin Marine did for us so I recommended them to our neighbor up the canal. Our neighbor paid them to build the exact same dock and boat lift that they had built for us. Unfortunately our neighbors lift was built about 1 foot narrower than the plans and our boat lift. This makes it difficult for our neighbor to use his boat lift. When the error was pointed out to Dolphin Marine they told our neighbor that is would cost him too much to fix. I've given Dolphin Marine a and quot;lousyand quot; review for not being willing to fix their mistake. .

Description of Work: THE PROVIDER BUILT MY DOCK SEVERAL YEARS AGO, WHEN SERVICE WAS NEEDED THEY WERE UNWILLING TO REPAIR. tHEY REQUIRED THE DOCK TO BE REBUILT.wHEN i ASKED THEM TO REPAIR WHAT THEY HAD BUILT POORLY THEY RESPONDED THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO DO REPAIRS.

+ -1 moreThis is a company we used 15 years ago and went back to as another project came up. They are specialized in dock construction. They did dock building, a list was already there, but they had to readapt it to the new dock, so lift, dock and pilings. They are a really efficient team, the ones who worked the boat, as well as their construction guys on land. I would like to say again, they were efficient. They are a callback service. They did what we wanted and what we expected. We used the new composite decking, which was beautiful. I think, almost everybody in our canal here uses Dolphin Marine.

+ -1 moreI hired Dolphin to replace 11 separated pilings in my dock. They were to remove all unattached pilings. There price was fair, they were prompt and there work looks good. The Company did everything well except they were supposed to remove all unattached pilings. They left at least two even after showing them the problems.

Description of Work: Best experience ever. After receiving many quotes to build a dock, we finally went with this company. Unlike some companies who decided they did not want to work with us since the permit process is too complex, they walked us flawlessly through the process. Larry, Gene and Brad were some of the most professional individuals I have ever worked with. Calls were always returned immediately. They answered my many questions with extreme patience and kindness. Gene showed up to monitor the work on a regular basis.
