Worst possible trash collector

My worst experience with a company to date. Do yourself a favor and spend a few dollars more on a legitimate waste removal service. I did just that after my experience. But perhaps as punishment for canceling service, or more likely, just pure incompetence, I continue to receive a bill to this day - even after being told numerous times "you have a zero balance, disregard that notice". The saga continues, as I am now being told they need 2 weeks to "learn their system - we'll get back to you". If a class action lawsuit does not shut them down soon, loss of business ought to.

Worst trash service provider ever. Leaves mess and bins in middle of drive way. Changes policies without informing customer.

Rarely picked up both scheduled times per week in the last 5 months I've had service. Rude and nasty when I called to cancel.

They are very punctual - always pick up trash quite early, twice a week. Often pickup is around 6 AM. Have not found any reason to complain!

I was using this vendor at one time but switched after poor service. Driver acknowledged running over lawn and told me to call his supervisor which I did.

Missed pickups constantly. Called and talked to office peopel, three different mangers and even the driver.Went to twice a week p/u. Nothing worked. Had about 400 gallons or trash and garbage accumulate. Fired the company and hired Wast Management. Waste mangement cleaned up the mess the first p/u day. Reported the company to the Better Business Bureau and also wrote tow negative article on my blog about DisposAll. This is a terrible company.

I am now looking for a new trash pickup service

I was overcharged for the last quarter of 2012 because the Moron accountant didn't credit my account so two (2) checks were cashed after being threatened with stoppage of service if I didn't send the second one. The first quarter of this year my community started giving garbage services so I no longer needed these losers. I have called them ten (10) times at least without a response, NOTHING, empty promises and big surprise the check never shows up! Here's the kicker, I still have their garbage containers! You would think they would be worth at least the $55, no? I have written emails to corporate, left numerous voicemails all to no avail. I guess I will just sell the garbage containers! Worst company ever, don't even think of doing business with them!

Twice a year you can schedule an appointment to have debris picked up as part of the service. Well, that's where it all fell apart. Called to schedule a pick up FOR 4/2. When the time came for them to show up - they didn't. I had over 15 bags of lawn clippings to be picked up blocking my driveway. When I called to check, they said, 'Oh, they're running late, they'll be there by end of day'. No show. I called again, was told I was given bad information, they only pick up on my regular scheduled days. Guy said he was going to write up a ticket for the next Friday 4/6. Waited all day Friday, no show again. Called and was told they would talk to the General Manager and call me back - they never did. Called again, and they said they would pick up Friday by end of day. I asked to speak with the GM to get some reassurance this would happen. They transferred me to a voice mail and I never got a call back. Bags remained in the driveway. I ended up having to call a hauling company and paying $135 to have the job done. Will never use them and I'm cancelling my garbage collection and moving on to someone else. Also, they give you two garbage containers - one for regular garbage and one for recycling and guess what - THEY PUT ALL THE GARBAGE IN ONE PLACE REGARDLESS IF IT'S RECYCLABLE MATERIAL OR NOT. THEY MIX IT ALL TOGETHER SO WHAT'S THE POINT OF RECYCLING.
