During the profuse rain we had the week prior to Roland coming, I noticed that the pool didn't fill up. After the rain ended, the water level in our pool diminished rapidly and we knew we had a significant leak. I called Roland on Monday morning and he said he could come Wednesday morning around 10:00. He arrived promptly and quickly set to work locating the leak. He had been here on 6/8/2011 and repaired some minor leaks we had so that that narrowed down the options of where to look. He found the significant leak, showed me where it was and how quickly water was going into the weak spot around the light. He repaired the leak immediately and it is holding up very well. Roland is always prompt, courteous and professional and his prices are reasonable. I appreciate the time he takes to demonstrate and explain what is going on and how he will fix the problem. He even offered to recommend a pool resurfacing company when we are ready to do that. Diamond Pools is our "go to" pool company!

I was very pleased with them when I used them earlier and they are very inexpensive so I went with them. They were great. They were quick to come out and he was very upfront saying that he can inspect only the surface of the pool area and he would not be able to locate accurately if the leak is elsewhere. He fixed most of the leaks. It is lot cheaper to have him and come and take a look first. I rate him high overall. He called back right away, and he came within a day or two of my calling.

He oversaw the whole project and it was excellent. Everything has held up pretty well. The workers did a nice job and cleaned up after themselves well. He was absolutely excellent.
