 + -1 moreTHEY GAVE TREMENDOUS SERVICE AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL IN REMEDING AN UNFORTUNATE SITUATION. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYONE NEEDING DAVITS OR A BOAT LIFT SYSTEM.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY PROVIDES DAVITS AND BOAT LIFT SYSTEMS. FOLLOWING THE RECENT PURCHASE OF A SPREADER BAR FOR MY BOAT LIFT, THE BAR FAILED DUE TO FAULTY STEEL. THE COMPANY SENT AN ENGINEER WITHIN TWO HOURS OF MY CALL THE FOLLOWING MORNING. BEFORE THE DAY WAS OUT, DAVIT MASTER HAD THEIR CREW ON MY DOCK INSTALLING A TEMPORARY REPLACEMENT BAR AND NEW CABLE LIFT (REPLACING AN OLDER LIFT THAT WAS DAMAGED WHEN THEIR SPREADER BAR FAILED)! WE LEFT ON VACATION THE FOLLOWING DAY. BEFORE WE RETURNED THEY FABRICATED AND REINSTALLED A NEW, MUCH HEAVIER DUTY SPREADER BAR.
