Rick with DASI Innovations was personable and professional. Not only was he the first person to respond to our Home Advisor inquiry, he also dove right in to help in our initial conversation. After some exchanges, Rick narrowed down our vision and we set up an appointment for measurements. During the measurement appointment, Rick realized we wouldn't be able to do as envisioned due to the way our closet was actually built. He immediately began coming up with different options and presented them to us in 3d diagrams. A few days passed while we contemplated the new designs. Rick never pressured or hounded us, but instead, kept coming up with ideas with the intention of making sure we would be completely satisfied with the end product. When the perfect idea came to him, he didnt hesitate to share, and we were thrilled. After installation, we couldn't have been happier. Rick turned our cluttered closet into a manageable, presentable, modernized structure. It is beautiful. We will definitely be a repeat customer and gladly refer family and friends. Thank you Rick!

Like most others, I did a ton of research before hiring any contractor. Rick was very good at fitting functionality and design into any space. He s very skilled at not only conceptualizing what should be in the space, but also thinking through design choices that make his closet systems logical to use. I d strongly recommend him for any project.

The cabinet system got installed today and the only thing we're waiting on is the custom door, but everything else was fine.

The closets are manufactured by Ambry and take at least 4 weeks to make so you just have to keep calling to keep on timeline.
