Service went well. We are very pleased. They are pretty friendly to work with, and very efficient.

Keith was very pleasant and informative. The next day there were several insect pest dead on my lanai so I know whatever is used works well!

Alan always arrives promptly. He is friendly and knowledgable. He is thorough inside and out, and asks me before he begins if I'm having any issues. The company never complains if I need a retreat (which is rare), they offer several appointment times to choose from. Their prices are appropriate for the service. I have them come every 6 months, & never worry I will forget. They send me a post card and reminder call. I highly recommend this company.

I have had them for a service provider ever since I moved out of my parents home andinto my condo in 1997. They were my parents pest control people for years before I moved out. I have always liked them becasue, being a family run business, they feel like frineds. I can call the office and ask them what they know about a perticualar pest and they will let me know what they know without asking for a charge. They always will let me know who they send since I am blind and will not open my door to just anyone. They are always dependable and they always make sure to treat everything including all closets, garage, outside perimieters and upon request will even treat my mailbox. I am very happy with their service and if anyone tells me that they see bugs in my home Cross will come and kill them for free. I plan to continue to use this company.

We have this company scheduled every six months. Cross has a contract for the exterior of our condo, so we had him do the interior. He is extremely professional, and reasonably priced.

I have been using them for about 30 years. They are very responsive to any problems or issues you may have. They do excellent work and I would recommend them.

They are punctual and seem to be thorough. I like the fact that they schedule for twice a year and they remind me of that schedule. I have not compared pricing.

My mother was here when they did the work. She said they were very nice and thorough. She talked to them and asked them how often they would need to come back. We know people here that have pest control services done once a month. They told her that they recommended a treatment every six months, unless we see bugs in the meantime. It has been almost six months, and we haven't seen anything. The treatment is well worth it. The condo association uses them. They explained everything to my mother. The president of the condo association has used a lot of companies.

They are very thorough and very professional. They do a good job.

I've been using them for 10-15 years. They call me when it is time for them to come. The guy that comes is Mike and he is very knowledgeable about what he does. I have animals and he knows to watch for them.

They spray every six months for $80. I've been using them for 12 years, never had a problem. One year because of serious rains, I saw some roaches in the house. I called them and they came to re-spray immediately. The problem stopped. I would recommend them highly.

THE GUY THAT USUALLY COMES CALLS THE NIGHT BEFORE TO VERIFY THE TIME. HE IS ALWAYS ON TIME AND IS VERY THOROUGH. THIS MONTH I HAD A PROBLEM WITH RE-OCCURING ROACHES AS WELL AS ANTS AND HE CAME AT NO COST TO RE-TREAT THE HOUSE (KITCHEN).
