Description of Work: Countryside Locksmith was called to open a pool cabana door that the key had gone missing for. They were able to get a Tech to us on the same day called. The Tech arrived on time did the work quickly, efficiently and to my satisfaction, got paid and was on his way. You can't ask for more.

Description of Work: I first wrote the Co ,then received a note to call. I called and set up an appt for an estimate and advise. I knew a couple of doors needed new,safer locks,and had questions about possible other doors. Dennis came to the house. He was very personable and gave the dogs a bit of attention.(a huge plus). He checked out our locks and surveyed the other doors and possibilites. He asked appropriate questions and addressed concerns. He could have siad we need this and that, however , he did not. Only what was safe and neccessary. An appointment was made for the following week, at a convenient time for us. Dennis came .The dogs even recognized him and no barking. He did his work on the doors ,drilling, installing etc. A very good expereince. Our doors now lock and unlock with ease,and our sense of safety has increased, Would highly recommend Dennis.

Description of Work: Dug out (with difficulty, including cutting it to pieces) an improperly mounted, no longer avaiable lock and door handle and replaced it. Darren made two trips; the first he was unable to repair the old Baldwin combo. because it was hammered into place when it first mounted with the new doors in 1999. He went to a lot of work trying to get a replacement (no longer made) and repairing the old unit with parts we got from the Baldwin people before replacing it with another make.

I MENTIONED ANGIE'S LIST, AND HE TOOK OFF $10 DOLLARS, HE CAME TO MY HOUSE AT A TIME THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME AND DID A FINE JOB.
