Easy to set up appointment. Polite and friendly rep. Received a call prior to technician's arrival to let me know he was on his way. Very punctual. Addressed all our concerns regarding the door. It now runs much smoother and quieter. Highly recommend. Excellent and professional service.

JR was very professional, knowledgeable, and just pleasant to work with! He was also able to get a permit to replace my garage door when I had been told by another company that it would be impossible due to changes in codes and certain deficiencies in my house. The installation of the garage door went smoothly and looks beautiful. Carl was also thoughtful enough to move my husband's surf boards just to make sure they weren't damaged. Carl also did a nice job tidying up after the job so I was able to come home to a new, modern garage door and opener, and a clean garage. Great experience overall.

I have a detatched garage that is 2400 square feet behind the house. It has two ten foot doors. They put a new garage door opener on one of them. The other one was not working and they rebuilt it. The experience was excellent! The owner was the one that I talked to, and he was really helpful. I have dealt with them for around 20 years. If it wasn't me using them, it was one of my neighbors. If I call them they will try to give me the best price they can. They did both garage doors for the price someone else told me for one door. I know they do really good work. I enjoy when the owner gets involved. The people that work there are very nice and extremely helpful.

They were on time and workman ship was excellent. They were true to their estimate, and cleaned up after the job was done, and hauled away the old door.
