Hired them for a kitchen remodel. Was suppose to take 3 weeks; it took much longer and then it still isn't done. Measurements for the inital design (that they were actively working to) were wrong and we had to point that out. Work was inconsistent. Had to ask if anyone was showing up on a daily basis and often the answer was no or late in the day. Work performed usually had to be redone. No review was done to ensure any type of quality. Had to be on site continually to avoid the continual errors. Asked for milestone payments even when milestones not met.

Has taken 9+ months to do a project quoted for 6 weeks. Workers are handyman at best, not skilled trades. Do not respect your property or belongings. Almost all work needed Re done. Broke screen door, bathroom window, and patio chairs. Dust everywhere, no barriers put up. Do not recommend.

Hired Dec 2022. Wrong countertop installed, was promised a refund, that didn't happen. Paid them over $2800 for a new electric breaker box, that hasn't happened.

I was very pleased with the quality of work. From start to finish, the MZ Rebuilds team was very professional, responsive, and thorough. The two main points of contact, Shane and Morgan were amiable, helpful, and efficient. I highly recommend MZ Rebuilds.

Where do I even begin to tell you how wonderful this company is. We had a very bad experience with our previous contractor who is absolutely horrible. As a result of his shabby work , lack of professionalism and no scruples, We ended up having a very bad mold infestation in our kitchen where everything was completely rotted and a total disaster. we then had to have the kitchen completely dismantled after having it completely renovated. MZ rebuilds came to the rescue. From beginning to end the experience was absolutely remarkable starting with the phone conversations to Shane to follow ups with MORGAN and all the contractors that came out gave 1000% attention to making our kitchen absolutely beautiful again. They paid attention to details, the materials were superb, and every vendor that came to this house was truly professional from beginning to end. I have sent several people to them and I’m hoping that they will follow up with a great company like MZ REBUILDS . If you’re definitely having issues with your bathroom home or just mold problems in general and things need to be rebuilt this is definitely the company for you and I would never hesitate to use them again.

My flat roof needed repair as it was leaking and causing water damage to the fascia. My granddaughter suggested MZ Rebuilds to take care of the work. They came back with a very competitive price to replace the whole flat roof instead of just repair. The crew completed the job in a timely manner. I am very happy with them and would recommend them to friends and family.
