 + -1 moreThey have lost leases, failed to take payment from owners, and on several occasions, they had very shoddy maintenance performed. Not to mention, sometimes maintenance gets delayed for months, causing further damage to property and frustration to owners. On top of that, they are probably one of the most expensive property management companies around.
Description of Work: Condo Associates is the property management company for my condo. They collect fees, provide advice, do maintenance, maintain contracts, etc.
