The pricing was very competitive.

They are very professional and punctual. A couple times we've had unscheduled incidents and they come right out.

After a lot of research into companies and brands, we opted for Climate Design based mostly on our level of confidence with their knowledge, ability and professionalism. Erin, their sales person was the only representative out of three quotes we received who took the time to do a proper load calculation on our home before submitting a proposal. She kept in contact with us throughout the process, including follow up after installation. She was extremely patient with our endless questions about energy efficiency, this air handler over that one, etc. The company appears to want the customer to be educated about the entire process, and allows the time to make an informed decision with no hard sell pressure. Their installers were very exacting in their work, and did the work of true professionals.

They are very responsive and clean. They do what they say they are going to do and in the time frame they quote. The technicians as well as the salesman are very personable.

Very courteous and professional. Mike Sweeney came to give an estimate. The work was completed as scheduled. Very clean and neat. AC works better and it was cheaper than I imagined it would. I had two small items later that needed to be changed and Andrew came right out and fixed them.

I received estimates from multiple Trane dealers in my area that I checked out on Angie's list as well as the BBB. Erin Hawkins from Climate Design was by far the most thorough person who provide me estimates. She actually performed a load calculation based on the size of my home and the number of windows and doors to ensure the replacement system was the correct capacity. The price from Climate Design was competitive and Erin explained every aspect of the installation and set our expectations upfront. The installation crew did very good work and was very personal and did a great job of keeping me informed of the progress during the installation and they cleaned up really good when they were finished. In my opinion the purchase of a new air conditioner and air handler is a major purchase that you make every 15-20 year. I am a very picky person and I would highly recommend using Erin Hawkins from Climate Design for your next air conditioning need. They are a family run business and treat people the way you should be treated when making a major purchase. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They arrived on time and were done before I knew it.

HVAC shut down. CD came in, changed the fuses and connected a loose wire. The system worked for a few days and then went down again. CD came in again and determined that the fuses were blowing because I need a new "system disconnect" part which would have to be installed by a licensed electrician. CD did not charge for the second call.

I found this company on Angie's List after having a bad experience with another AC company. They offered to give me a free 2nd opinion on the work that had been quoted by the first company, so I scheduled them for the same week. The service man arrived on time and gave me the estimate which was about half of what I had been quoted by the first company. I had them perform the work at that time, cleaning the AC unit as part of an annual service call, and replacing a corroded contact switch on the outside AC unit. The service man was very knowledgeable. I also had dealings with the office and they were very helpful as well, answering my questions and getting info from one of their vendors for me. My only disappointment is that they did not carry a UV light that would fit into my small condo AC unit, and so were not able to install one. Nor were they able to locate one that would fit or recommend another vendor. Bummer.

I have had no problems with them at all.

They were very good. I will call them again, and I would recommend them. They were vary fair, honest, professional, and hard working.

I requested Travis, a service technician to perform the work on my unit. They said he would be here at eight or eight-thirty. He showed up at eight and serviced our central air. He did a professional job and we would have him again.

We were extremely pleased with the professional service received from all the Climate Design employees we've encountered. Erin Hawkins, our sales rep, was knowledgeable, honest, and kept her word. What she said would happen did happen! She answered all our questions completely so there were no misunderstandings. The installation crew was courteous, considerate, and tried to disrupt our household as little as possible. I was particularly impressed at how considerate they were of our concerns regarding our aging pet. They carefully cleaned up after themselves and removed all construction debris to our complete satisfaction. While not the lowest bid we received for this job we feel the additional expense was justified by the exemplary service we received from Climate Design. We have complete peace of mind that we made a good investment and will continue to receive high quality service from this company.

EXCELLENT WORK ETHIC. ON TIME, AND AFFORDABLE. WE HAVE THEM PERFORM THE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD SO MUCH AS A HICCUP FROM OUR AC. PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL.

THEY HAVE SERVICED OUR A/C UNITS FOR ALMOST 30 YEARS. WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE AT A FAIR PRICE. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

SERVICE MAN ARRIVED PROMPTLY, WAS COURTEOUS, CAREFUL OF CARPETING IN THE HOUSE, LISTENED TO THE PROBLEM, EXPLORED THE SITUATION, REPORTED WHAT WAS NEEDED AND WHAT WAS TO BE DONE. GAVE COST AND LIVED UP TO HIS FIGURE, ACTUALLY CHARGING LESS THAN ORIGINAL FIGURE. NO PRESSURE TO SELL. EXPLAINED SERVICE PLAN OF THE COMPANY WHEN ASKED.

THEIR RESPONSE TIME TO GETTING THE RIGHT PERSON TO CALL ME BACK TO ARRANGE A QUOTE WAS SO SLOW THAT I ELIMINATED THEM BEFORE EVER GETTING A QUOTE. I WAS WORRIED THAT IF THEY TOOK THAT LONG TO SELL SOMETHING, HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE TO INSTALL?

REPLACED AN OLD (INSTALLED BY THEM IN 1987)TRANE XL1200 HEAT PUMP WITH A NEW TRANE XL1400. THEY HAVE PROVIDED US HONEST AND RELIABLE SERVICE SINCE 1987.
