Clearwater TV and Appliance Service Company

They have not communicated AT ALL with us on the status of one of our TVs that they picked up to repair. We were told (after calling them) that they were waiting on a part. It has been 6 weeks without any initiation of communication by this business. In fact, we sent two TVs for repair and if we had not demanded that they bring the one repaired we would still be left in the dark on the status of the repair. We have written off any hope that we will see the 2nd TV ever again. The representative who picked up and delivered was very helpful which is why they are even getting a half star.

I have been without a tv for more than a week now and I am still waiting for them to get it done. They didn't even look at it until Monday even though the repairman that I thought was going to repair it on site took it with him; then it took a couple days to realize that they weren't going to start looking at it, even though they assessed the tv and decided to take it with them. So I had to pay the visit charge; after straightening that out then it was "well we haven't looked at it yet, so it is going to be a couple days until we look at it?" You already looked at it when the repairman came to the house? When he told me the repair bill on top of the pickup charge (189 for the one and 280 something for the other) that made my repair bill for two TV's at $570.00 and there's still returning my TV's. Is there an additional charge for that? I don't know yet. No I won't be using them again.

They have a wide radius in Southwestern Florida and are very accommodating. They performed well and did a good job. Knowledgeable and efficient. Price was a little high, but we felt we got our value from their service.

Expert service. Very happy with my experience and would highly recommend.

Showed up late for appointment. No one had called. After I called, they showed up.
