honesty. My TV would have cost more to fix than a new one and they were honest about that. They called me a second time to let me know I could still use the wall brackets from my old TV so I would not have to buy new ones, if I wanted to come pick them up.

VERY PERSONABLE GUYS. NOT EVERYTHING WAS FIXED WITH THE TV WE WERE HAVING ISSUES WITH, BUT 1/2 OF IT WAS FIXED. KIND OF DISAPPOINTING FOR A TOTAL OF $430 ON A 3 YR OLD TV. Excellent response, prompt review after taking tv to shop but after 2 days couldnt find a problem .only negative they are far from our location, couldn't diagnose the reason for our issue in the home, 65 in tv so took it to their shop. Because of distance took 2cextra days to deliver. Priblem was our home theater receiver but they did not add om any other charges that were reasonable. Would have given 5 star except for time to return
