Excellent service for repair to my aging LG TV. Larry came the same day I called, and also left a loaner TV, which I really appreciated. I also purchased a warranty with Clearwater TV and Appliance Service, and that paid off when another board in the TV went bad. Again I received prompt and pleasant service with a loaner TV. They were prompt in answering service call. The TV had to be taken to the shop and they had it back when they said they would.

I was so upset with the picture quality of my led that i was prepared to buy a new tv. Fortunately I called these true professionals to analyze the problem . One day and thousands of dollars later I have what looks like a new tv. I highly recommend their service and smployees!

more expensive than I thought. paid around $250 more than what we talked about on the phone. bought the warranty. I like these guys. It's just that I have to try to live on disability and this $ put me into a panic. That's not their fault. I do recommend them.

They had it repaired very fast. They answered all questions & knew what they were doing. I would use them again.

First things first, they quote a price for coming to your house. Then once they get here, of course, nothing can be done in-home they need to take it to the TV Hospital and Plus, and here is the kicker they charge 30 dollars upfront for bringing it back fixed or not. So in reality they charge 70 dollars. Now I get a call saying it is going to be almost 400 dollars to fix. We are almost at a week now and we have not heard a thing. I am tempted to tell them to keep it but do I think I will get my 30 dollar return fee, no I dont. Kinda gives you the feeling they are a little shady. According to reviews it would appear this is their Standard Script So I am not sure how it going to turn out but I am not feeling confident.

They chipped paint off the corner of molding moving a speaker. The gentleman upstairs did not removed all the clips off the speaker stand. And he cut permanent speaker wire close to the speaker on one of them.

I have never had to repair a TV before and I would definitely not recommend repairing any of these fancy smart TVs. Just buy a new one because thatâ s how much youâ re going to pay for a repair. The folks at Clearwater TV are courteous and pleasant, but they charged me to take away the TV and of course Iâ m at least partly invested at that point. It was a high pressure sales job once they quoted me the repair price because I was inclined not to repair it.. My TV had a power problem and wouldnâ t turn on at all. Now I can use it but it turns itself on which was a problem before the repair and I suspect is linked to what caused it to break. Iâ ll never know for sure because at this point my next step is new TV. My only consolation is that I might have at least staved off disposing something in our highly disposable culture.

Clearwater Tv were great, it took them less than a week to fixed my tvâ s , they were very nice and explained what was wrong with my tv, they wear mask and that was very good.
