Description of Work: I called these people more times than I should have to TRY to get some information and a repair set up. After 2 wasted days of them telling me they were moving, changed their computer system, and the service manager would have to call me back they referred me to someone else because they do not service the brand of water heater that they installed (?) They insisted the "other" plumber did. I called him and his response was -" Why did they tell you to call ME? I only do commercial work" I wasted two days and got someone else. Awful

+ 1 moreEverything went really well. They were very responsive, professional, and punctual. It did take them a while to obtain some parts that they needed, but that wasn't really a big deal because it was probably just a hard part to get.
Description of Work: They installed exhaust fans in a bathroom, repaired parts of our water heater, and worked on a ceiling fan.

VERY PLEASED WITH THEM ON A CONSISTENT BASIS. VERY EFFICIENT, THEY DON'T WASTE TIME, THEY JUST WORK. JOB 2: THEY COME ON TIME AND QUICKLY WHEN POSSIBLE. THEY ARE SUPER, I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A BEAUTIFUL JOB. THEY HAVE DONE SEVERAL INSTALLATIONS FOR ME BEFORE THIS REPAIR.
