Description of Work: This company power washed our driveway, sidewalks, curbing/gutter and applied algae-cide to the surfaces. They soft-washed our lanai cage with low pressure, interior and exterior. Also soft-washed the screens, removed mildew as well as cleaned the windows and door frames and all outside furniture. Then they pressure washed our deck with medium pressure and applied the mildew-cide to kill andy mildew or mold and applied 2 coats of stain. Excellent work, the deck looks amazing. They were hard workers and very fair in price.

Description of Work: Clear View Improvements cleaned the roof, gutters, sidewalk and driveway, removed the pine needles on top of the pool enclosure and the screens and cleaned a large wood deck behind the house. They were professional in every way and a genuine pleasure to work with. They charged less for all of this then the next closest quote for just cleaning the roof. No roof tiles were damaged, all the plants and shrubbery were protected and everything was put back and cleaned up. It was a job perfectly done by a company you would look forward to have back and recommend to your neighbors.

+ 0 moreMy house has never had anything done to the exterior; my wife decided we would stain it. Kyle treated the wood with chlorine and mildew-cide. We are happy with the result of the cleaning. Very nice job on the windows also.
Description of Work: Low pressure wash and chemical treatment of cedar (unfinished) on 40 year-old home. Washed windows inside and out.

+ 1 moreAll of the services were provided professionally, promptly, and with care. The results of Kyle's personal efforts were excellent. Kyle is very personable and easy to work with. All of the job requirements were pre-agreed to in detail to ensure customer satisfaction . All expectations were exceeded. After work followup to ensure nothing was missed occured two weeks after work completion. We will use Clear View Improvements as needs arise.
Description of Work: Kyle Poulain the owner and operator of Clear View Improvements personally provided these services; 1. Soft clean shingle roof. 2. Powerwash lanai screen cage and deck 3. Seal lanai pavers with clear gloss 4. Powerwash sidewalk and large driveway.
