Company (Eric) arrived on time between 10:00 & 12:00, gave me a price up front which was the price in the coupon and did a fantastic job! No problems and will use them in the future.

Called 1st time and left message. Did not receive call back. Called again and scheduled carpets cleaned on Wednesday 3-5pm. Tech (Joshua) called after 5 and said he was delayed. Rescheduled for Thurs. No show. Called company left messages. Called Joshua said was too busy to get to us. Rescheduled for Saturday. No Show again. Called all numbers no response. DO NOT USE!

I called to make an appointment to inspect a carpet repair. They did not arrive at specified time. When I called to re-schedule I implored them to simply call me if they could not make the appointment. I still have not heard from this company.
