Melody Hunter deserves an A+ rating for the job she performed representing us for the purchase of our new residence. We have purchased many residences over the years and we have never been as pleased with an agent as we are with Melody. Her knowledge of the business was obvious during the process and she informed us that included in her many years in the industry, she also has experience as an appraiser. This was evident during the buying transaction. Melody comes highly recommended!

We were buyers of a home. Graham provided excellent service and followed up on all situations promptly. He was knowledgable and knew how to deal with people. We had no problems or surprises at closing. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

They found a criminal. The lady they found had bad credit which the realtor lied to me about. She did not have efficient funds coming which I was lied to by the realtor. She was non renewed by her last release. Her previous landlord refused to renew the lease. They did not leave on good stands. This tenet has a conviction record of theft. She has tried every way to get out not paying rent. I would not recommended using Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. for anything because they are dishonest. When I talked to the broker he basically said that it was not his problem and I should talk to his attorney. Now I am stuck with a tenet who is going to give me nothing but nightmares. I don't believe she will full fill the contract. She has no history of paying anybody. I have documentation and her mug shot about everything I have said.
