The two man crew arrived within the timeframe indicated, calling first to let me know they were on their way. They introduced themselved and explained how they would proceed and gave me a price quote prior to bringing in any equipment. Also, honored the Angie's list coupon for 15% off. I had three rooms cleaned and they did a wonderful job. They did not attempt to sell me more services or a contract. They were very professional and courteous I would recommend they to anyone who has a need for carpet cleaning. I will definately use them again and have told several friends about their excellent service.

They did okay. Pricing was a little bit stiff for what they did. The rest was okay, they were punctual and professional. If I need to, I would use them again in the future.

Two men showed to fix tac strips where carpet had come loose. One guy knocked this out and was training the other gentleman, how to do it, as well as what the whole job entailed. they were extremely courteous and also cleaned up after themselves. This is a rarity nowadays!!After the carpet was fixed, the one guy went in and cleaned the bathroom tile/shower and explained why it was molding, etc. he told me what I needed to do to fix it and how to prevent future issues. Another rare occasion, most companies want to keep coming back and charging you more money. I was very grateful that this was not the case!!The other gentleman finished cleaning the carpets,, cleaned up, and then they explained all charges, etc. on bill, and, were in and out in 90 minutes!Would definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer!

They did very good work. The young man was nice. Price was very reasonably. They came in a timely manner. The whole experience was very positive. I would definitely call them again.

The first house Castle Keepers cleaned for us is a 30 year old house that we had recently purchased. It had very badly stained carpets. The berber carpet in living and family room was so badly stained we were planning to have the it replaced as soon as possible. Castle Keepers brought that carpet back to almost new condition; it should last many more years now. The bedroom carpets were scotchgard type carpets, and the (animal?) stains had actually bleached the carpet, so they look much better clean, but still have light colored stains. The tile in the kitchen and bathrooms had very grimy grout. I thought the kitchen grout was black and the bathroom grout was brown. After cleaning, the kitchen grout is light tan and the bathroom grout is pink. The (two) men from Castle Keepers were very polite, helpful, and professional. They educated us about carpet cleaning and gave us many useful tips for keeping our carpets clean. The second house they cleaned was a rental we were moving out of. At the time we rented, we were told that the carpets had been steam cleaned, but it had very badly stained carpets when we moved in. We hired Castle Keepers to clean it when we moved out, and one of the same men as the first time came and cleaned the carpets for us. It looked like brand new carpet when they were done. We got our entire rental deposit back after living there more than a year. The rental agent praised the carpet, in particular. Yes, we will hire them again. We have a black lab and a light colored carpet, so I'm sure we will need to.

It went very well. I called, made the appointment and had the service performed within a very short timeframe. They showed up on time, and went above and beyond to clean stains on the carpeting in both rooms. The only issue I have is that they had a coupon that I presented with the following wording: Coupon For 'CASTLE KEEPERS INC' Coupon 15% off any Carpet or Upholstery Cleaning for New Customers. 20% off any Tile or Grout Cleaning for New Customers This Coupon is Good Through 01/29/2012. When I presented the coupon, I was told that I had to have spent a minimum of $100. That is reasonable, but if that is one of the criteria, it should be stated on the coupon. That being said, I would still use Castle Keepers again.

They seemed to do a good job but there were some stains and things that they weren’t able to get up. The stains might have been extremely tough that maybe nobody could get it up. It generally seemed like they did alright. They were kind of on the upper end of the price scale compared to some of the others. They also wanted $60 to move the furniture, but my brother and another guy was there and they moved it, and saved the $60. I am just not really happy about the carpets but the one carpet came out looking pretty good. The other areas, there were some spots and things that didn’t get out. They also had a deal for a special cleaning advertisement for $15 more. My brother was there and he didn’t go for it and even the guy said that he wasn’t sure that it would even come out. To the main section of the carpet, they put Scotchgard on it and it cost me $40 more. It wasn’t cheap but I wasn’t experienced enough to know just was it better or lesser than some of the other companies. At least the job was done and it looks better. We were generally pleased that they were able to remove ¾ of the stains. They seemed to show when they were supposed to show.

They were excellent. The carpets look brand new. They went over it probably 12 times. It looks fantastic. they were very courteous and I would call them again as needed.

They were excellent in all respects -- timeliness, quality of work, price, attitute. I'll always use them in the future.

i called yesterday to inquire about price and availability. Kevin called right back as he said he would. we scheduled for this afternoon at 3pm, anthony called to verify arrival time, they were very professional and did an outstanding job. we will absolutely have them come back and i would recommend them to anyone needing the services they offer!

Responsive, fair and thorough. They were on time, took great care to evaluate the options and give me choices prior to work being started. Very knowledgeable and detailed, probably went over the trouble areas 3-4 times to help get the toughest stains out. Clean job would recommend as their price is very reasonable compared to others and they had a coupon. Unlike some other places where they might jack up the price since they offer a coupon, these guys were honest and didn't try to add any other costs, what they originally told me was the price they discounted off.

When I called to make the appointment, they got back to me very quickly. They did a great job. The young man that did the service was running late, but called to inform us. He was very polite and informative. I would recommend them.

I called these folks because I'd broken my leg and was unable to clean the carpets myself. They arrived a bit early (on a workday, so I was grateful). Assessed the situation and cleaned the carpets better than I could have hoped. I have several big dogs (one is an older puppy) so many areas of the carpet were seriously soiled (puppy accidents). I had little hope that the stains would come out. Castle Keepers wildly exceeded my expectations. Virtually all the stains are out and did not return once the carpets dried completely. The service professional was kind, accommodating, and fast. I will DEFINITELY use these folks again. They did the best job of any professional carpet cleaning service I've EVER used (and I won't bother to try to clean the carpets myself again!).

I don't know why I went with them. I think with the other carpet cleaners, the carpets were wetter when they left. I saw that Castle Keepers had good reviews. They were very responsive and quoted me. When they came in, my carpet was bigger than I had originally told them but they honored the original price. They were wore booties and were very conscious not to bring any dirt or anything into my house. When they answered the phone, they were responsive. They called back and let me know that they were coming and they were on time.

Castle Keepers responded promptly to my request of giving us an estimate, a friendly and professional person came by for measurements and suggestions, did not push their services on anything we did not want done which was appreciated. We agreed to the price and areas to be cleaned and called the owner for a date for the grout cleaning service. Arrival was on time, quality of cleaning was excellent and we liked the thorough but speedy performance.
