Very well. They came on short notice, we on time and did a great job.

Kevin called an employee to come and help and they vacuumed up as much water as they could, dried up what they could, and floated the carpet. There were hot air fans everywhere. Kevin took extra pains to ensure the carpet didn't shrink. We discussed the possible damage to baseboards, walls and floor coverings. For almost 5 days, the fans kept blowing until Kevin was certain things were dry. The carpet was reset with no shrinkage and was vacuumed and looked as good as new. Kevin and his assistant (whose name has slipped my mind) were extraordinarily courteous, careful and professional. At no time did I feel pressured to do or not do anything. I am not an easy person to work with, but Kevin did all he could to make this experience as 'pleasurable' as something like this can be (especially coming on the heels of a prior flooding). I believe insurance covered the expenses, but having dealt with them, I cannot help but believe the cost would have been reasonable and the work would have been performed properly. I would give this company an A+ rating and would not hesitate to recommend them or (heaven forbid) use them again.

This is the second time we've used Castle Keepers and will not go anywhere else for our carpet cleaning. The quality of work, expertise and level of customer service all rank up there as the best we've ever had, with any type of home service. They have invested heavily in their equipment. Also they not only cleaned our carpets , but came back the very next day when we got a rust spot due during the move in. They even left us with some rust cleaner free of charge, just in case. Just FYI They make and sell the rust cleaner themselves and the proceeds go to charity. We had some great chats with the owner, he is a great guy. It is clear that he set a very caring work culture , as every crew has been super kind, professional and courteous. Also for what it's worth as a female dealing with contractors I always feel respected with Castle Keepers. You should not hesitate to use them.

We had tried twice to get clean to no avail. They did a great job. On schedule, on time, protected all walls, furniture and no upselling of other perhaps unnecessary services. Very professional. Will use again when needed and will use to clean all the grout on our floors in the future as that quote was good too.

I spoke with the owner to get an initial estimate. He was communicative and friendly and answered all of my questions. On the day of the service, the team was running late but called to let me know, and arrived at the time that they indicated in the phone call. The two who arrived to do the work were very professional and helpful. I had some concerns that the tile had a permanent animal urine smell and they took care of it and it went away completely! Job well done and impressed with the company. Would hire again. Thank you!

I've been using Castle Keepers for several years now. The technicians are always very professional, polite, and friendly. They call ahead if they're running early or late. They work efficiently, and they explain why if they can't remove a stain (and how to prevent it from setting in the future). They are also very reasonable in their pricing. Highly recommend this company!

Great. This is the second time I have used them. I used them about 8 years ago when we had a terrible flood and they were just fantastic. They gave me a bottle of spot cleaner.

They were very polite. They were prompt in coming out. Unfortunately, they said that the problem my wife had, they weren’t equipped to handle. They were professional about what they could do and what they couldn’t do. They just weren’t able to handle the gaps. They didn’t try to give us a quote because they knew they weren’t able to handle it satisfactory. They were professional in scheduling their time and coming when they said they would come. They were trying to be helpful. The overall experience was good even though they weren’t able to do the job. I would definitely call them again if there were something they could do.

The technician arrived on time and was very professional. The carpet came out nicely even though we have had better cleanings in the past. We were happy with the service and would use again.

Eric and Tom were great! These guys came to my condo unit to clean tile grout and steam clean carpet in two bedrooms. I was amazed by the final result. My floors looked new and the carpets were clean and fresh. They were professional from the first meeting to the work that they did. Matter of fact, I recommended them to my neighbor upstairs. I would totally use them again and refer them to anyone needing their services. A+++

They did a wonderful job. They sent 2 techs and the carpet was left just slightly damp. It was a good result.

I had a toilet break in my upstairs guest bathroom which leaked onto my floor, through the wall to the guest bedroom closet, and halfway into the bedroom. I called Castle Keepers immediately after finding the leak. They were extremely prompt in coming to my house and immediately helping me get my carpets, floors and walls dry from the water damage. The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to help me understand what was going on and how they were going to fix it.

Really appreciate Kevin, Eric and team's level of service. Super courteous, professional and honest - how refreshing ! Carpets look like new - the outcome far surpassed what we expected. Thanks again and we definitely plan to use Castle Keepers for other services.

Kevin is always outstanding to work with. He works diligently to schedule with your schedule. Tom arrived on time, was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner, and the carpet looks great!.

Steam cleaned the wool rug twice (have moths eating the rug), spot cleaned areas that we requested. The carpet / rugs looked like new when they left. I asked about steam cleaning tile, but the owner said that the tile really didn't need it -- saving me money. How many owners of a company tell you that the work requested isn't necessary...? A reasonable price for the work performed. A very honest owner, and would definitely have him clean my carpets again!

We purchased a house that had been rented by a family with a large dog & children. There was ground in dirt, glitter nail polish and stains everywhere on the carpet. We thought we would have to replace all the carpet but Castle Keepers worked very hard and did a great job of getting out the ground in dirt and making the carpet look almost new. Although their prices are a bit high, it was a great deal cheaper than buying new carpet, which we thought would be necessary.

Best job on our silk oriental rug with old stains and wear. Very professional. Our 17-year old light carpets look like new!

Everything done in one day even though we had not scheduled the furniture or the porch when we called. They were willing to stay whatever time was required to clean all the things we wanted done. They spent about 3 hours on the furniture alone. I am sure that I will use them again because we just bought a new puppy.

This company is really great. Always on time (or they will call). Work is done by a consistent crew. They work hard and have excellent results. I have four dogs and the carpets need cleaning every quarter, at least. They have a truck mounted system which provides all the water and cleaner and it has great suction so the carpets dry quickly. Stains are GONE. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Kevin owns the company and really cares about the quality and Tony, Tom, Jeff and Eric are the cleaners that do the great job.
