I've used them a few times and have been really impressed with them. I am going to use them again because I am moving and having an estate sale. They bring in hoses from the truck and do steam cleaning. They first spot clean. It looks like a brand new carpet when they are finished.

They did such a great job! The job had to originally be rescheduled due to a flood emergency, but the next morning the cleaner showed up on time. He was very polite and professional. The job took less time that I thought it would, and the results were great. He explained to me everything he was doing, and didn't try to sell any extras. The cleaner actually spent extra time on some pesky spots that a piece of furniture left behind so I wouldn't lose my security deposit with the apartment. He didn't charge me for the extra time or products, and the spots came out. I would definitely use this company again, and recommend them to others!

Anthony and Mike were professional and efficient and I'd invite them back again for carpeting and flooring needs.

He told me I didn't need the Teflon coating because I had it last time. They are very punctual and professional, and I think the price is reasonable.

Thanks to Angies list, I was able to contact a very reliable company to clean my rugs. Kevin McCleary was very pleasant on the phone. They arrived on time, were very polite and did an excellent job to very dirty rugs. They gave me a price and did not rush through the job. All spots were removed and the rugs looked as good as new. Excellent work!

They set up an appointment time and were very punctual and professional. They even cleaned a carpet section not originally in the quote. I would absolutely use them again!

My carpeting is 15 years old & actually needs to be replaced, but I could not afford it at this time. Called Castle Keepers for a steam-cleaning and they were available to come to my home on the date I requested. We also agreed to a time between 10 a.m. & 10:30 a.m. On the date of the cleaning, at 9:30 a.m. I received a call saying they were running a few minutes behind & asked if they could come between 10:30 and 10:45 a.m. They arrived just after 10:30 a.m. and began working right away. The job was finished at about 12 noon. I cannot believe how clean & bright my carpet is! In fact, they even said I could possibly get 2 more years out of this carpeting. I am extremely pleased.

Owner came out first and looked over the property carefully before giving me an estimate and scheduling the cleaning. I have a 1000 sq. foot condo about 20 years old. Carpet and tile new three years ago, but never steam cleaned. Lots of embedded pet hair due to poor quality vacuum, which I have now thrown out. Sent two technicians who arrived promptly and did a very thorough job including getting out all the pet hair and some pet stains everywhere. They worked efficiently and left the condo sparkling clean and smelling very fresh. I was very pleased and could not have asked for a better job.

They were very polite. They were on time and well prepared. He came in and told me what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. Their pricing was a little bit high but it was worth the quality.

During the night the fitting on the plumbing pipes in the upstairs master bath burst. When waking up in the morning, the carpet was soaked, went downstairs, took a header on the wet vinyl kitchen floor, and to the garage. The garage ceiling was laying on top of the car. The ceiling in the laundry room had collapsed too, soaking the pantry closet and other cabinets. The entire house was flooded. I called Castle Keepers at approximately 8:00 Saturday morning, and by 9:30 there were three men on site, pulling carpet, ripping up vinyl, pulling off baseboards, pulling down damaged ceilings and drywall, insulation, cabinets, and drilling holes in the walls. They set up multiple huge fans and dehumidifiers. The fans and dehumidifiers were in place for at least five days. (The holes in the walls were to aid in drying the inside of the walls to prevent mold.) These guys were wonderful!!!! They responded to questions in the following days and made multiple visits to the home to check on the progress.

Beautiful! Aaron and Kevin did a beautiful job. Aaron was nice enough to call to tell me that he was going to be slightly late. The house smelled and looked so nice when they were finished. Two weeks later, my dog left a 10' long "racing stripe" of poop (when he scooted his dirty butt along the carpet), and they came back out to clean another room within a couple of hours so I didn't have to stay grossed out for long. I was so grateful.

This was a good experience. The final cost was $85 after the Angie's List coupon. The crew showed up on time and only took 90 minutes to complete. They moved a large king size bed to clean under it and didn't charge me extra to do so. They also helped me clean the bottom of a large solid oak Armour so it wouldn't get a stain on the carpet. The crew was unable to fix an area of the carpet but gave me the name and phone number of another business to call.

I called Castle Keepers and they were very friendly, they made an appointment for the following week to arrive between 8 and 8:30. Aaron and Rick showed up on time and were friendly and professional. I will be calling them to clean my carpets at my home soon.

They went above and beyond what they were required to do. This was a rental apt. with odor from the previous tenant. The management was not responding to my requests so I called Kevin. After they did all they could possibly do they went to the resident manager and explained exactly what she was dealing with. After that she had no choice but to address with the situation.

They are always punctual and efficient and seem to use the best equipment. They take excellent care of furniture and left small plastic squares under legs to avoid damage while carpet dried.
