Carolina's Cleaning

The maid arrived & I showed her the empty apartment. Carolina knew this was an apartment move out. Everything was gone. All the maid had to do was vacuum two rooms, clean the kitchen & bathroom, wipe down the ceiling blades & two double windows. This was a one bedroom & one bathroom apt. She told me it would be two to three hours. I was going to stay but she told me not to bother. She would call me if it got longer. I left & received a phone call only 5 minutes later from Carolina's manager on my cell. He told me the maid threatened to quit if she had to do the work and he had no one else to do the work!! Not only was he irresponsible but the maid lied and conned me. The work was hired a week before. The Carolina manager did not want to preview the apartment. Being the Friday before Labor Day I could not hire anyone else in time to do the work. The last day of the lease was the next day. I am disabled and could not do the full cleaning. I had to pay a lot of money from the security deposit to the complex because of their move out cleaning fee schedule. I would not hire this irresponsible company. They created a lot of stress after the stress of moving the day before.
