Carillon got the stain out and cleaned the entire rug. Also they noticed a small pull in the rug (made by our previous dog who is now in Doggie Heaven...) They repaired this pull expertly, cannot see the repair or previous damage and did so at no cost. I can see why this company has been around for decades. Service as top quality and price was excellent, and personnel were too. The manager even gave me a little tour of the facilities and explained how they wash and dry the rugs. An excellent company and I wish them nothing but future success.

Took the carpet ourselves to save drop off cost. They were considerate and asked good questions about what had been used/done already. Carpet was finished fairly quickly and we weren't 'pestered' to pick it up (which wasn't important , since we wanted to make sure our second cat was not going to follow in her sister's bad habits before putting it back down). When we rolled it out after cleaning we discovered about 13 odd ivory colored spots that hadn't been there. Upon speaking with Charles he encouraged me to bring it in. These were, he felt, knots that had either surfaced or had been stripped of their cosmetic cover-up dyes during cleaning. Without additional charge, he said he/they could apply some spot dye so that these once again weren't noticeable. When we arrived on Saturday to pick up the rug (I'd called to ask and had been told it would be finished then) it wasn't quite ready so Charles kindly agreed to deliver it later that same afternoon, which he promptly did. How can you be upset about this desire to make what could have been an 'oops' situation right? The carpet is now good-as-new visually and, as promised, although you will always have a very very faint idea of where soiling occurred (cat **** is forever), it is as good as we could ever have hoped for. Further, considering the fragility of the dyes, the fact that oriental trim is easily ruined by anyone who doesn't know what they are doing, etc. we would HIGHLY recommend Carillon for anyone with costly Oriental area carpets who finds themselves in need of cleaning, regardless of whether it is pet-related or not. They're not cheap, but considering the original cost of a fine carpet, that peace of mind is worth it.

It went very well and I would go back and use them in a minute. The sales were not pushy when we went to the show room and they were helpful. They gave a very competitive price, they have good products and they stand behind it because we had one little area that came off and they were right back in the very day I called. They had really good service.

From beginning to end, this company was very professional and responsive to our project including the budget. The salesman came to our home on a weeknight and provided an experienced opinion on the type of carpet that would work best for us in a very relaxed manner. He answered every question we asked and allowed us to come to a decision never feeling pressured. The installation crew was friendly, efficient and very good at their job. Their suggestions for transitions between different types of floors was great and much appreciated. Everything considered, I can't imagine how the experience could have been any better. Carillon's service was excellent including matching color and and style of hardwood to existing flooring on first floor. This is a family owned and managed business that provided exactly what they promised on time. Work was done during a week we were out of town and we arrived home to find the job finished and cleanup complete. We knew we could trust them in our home and we're very pleased we hired them.

He pulled up all the trim and then carefully pulled up all the boards while running multiple fans to dry the area. He applied specialty adhesives, then he replaced the trim and weighted the floor. After a few days the floor remained firmly attached to the subfloor. The gentleman they sent out was very professional and courteous, he was even kind to my dog.

My carpets look great! One had a bad coffee stain and although they didn't promise they could get it out they did. I feel like this company cares about its customers!

Service at the downtown shop was a little slow but did good work. The main shop on US19 in Palm Harbor is great. They have everything, service is great & prompt.

They did a wonderful job they are a really great company. Very professional and polite I would high recommend them to anyone! The price is very reasonable.

We have gone to Carillon for years to take care of our carpet cleaning. We have noqualms about trusting them with our carpets. They always do a good job. This time we were cleaning our carpets before an out-of-state move. They suggested we invest in bags to protect the carpets in the moving process. The bags held up well in the moving process and our carpets came through the move in good condition.

I dropped off myself to save pickup charge. Took about 2 weeks, I had called to check on because initial estimate was one week. They had to re-do one of the rugs, so it took a little longer. It was worth the wait, the rugs came out very nice. One of them was white and had a stain for many years, and had been cleaned before. Carillon got the stain out. Very nice people, convenient drop off and pickup site. Will use again and recommend them.

Excellent. Have not had them clean (in House) but have taken scatter rugs to them for cleaning. They have an excellent reputation, have been in this area as long as I have (56 years!). They have cleaned large area carpets for my Mother and done an excellent job on hard stains. My mother's former address was: 304 Ponce de Leon Bvld, Belleair, FL (note, she is presently deceased).

This company did an outstanding job on our oriental rug. We consulted with the professional who was actually going to clean the rug prior to our decision. He walked us through the process and was knowledgeable,thorough and patient with our questions. We had the co. Pick up and deliver our rug and they were prompt. The rug looks better than we could of wished. It is impeccably clean,- even the fringe was noticeably a different shad lighter ( from years of grime being removed). The carpets fibers are soft and it looks fabulous. The extra money was worth this customer satisfaction.

We had the living room done first. Later, when we remodeled our master bedroom, we know just where to go. They were wonderful! Prompt and very courteous. They really stand behind their product and their service, as well. They have come back to deal with very minor issues that other companies would probably scoff at. I would go back to them again and again.

Everything was excellent. They did a great job! We asked that they bring in a large piece of carpeting so that we didn't have any seams. We asked them to cut the carpet at their location so that they were not doing so in the yard of our condo.
