 + -1 moreI was extremely impressed with how smoothly the entire transition went. I am very pleased that he continues to be available to us whenever we have computer needs. I feel that this company is honest, informative and fairly priced.
Description of Work: Our business computers were out-dated and needed to be replaced. We hired Business Software Solutions to upgrade out system and replace our worn out computers. Mr. Caputi came to our office to look at our existing system. He was very informative, giving us a detailed estimate with several options to upgrade our existing computers. He completed the upgrade over the weekend, which eliminated any down time during business hours. After the new system was installed he spent time with each person in the office setting up their individual computers and insuring that our server was networking properly. He is (still) always readily available any time we have computer or software problems.
