I called them and they came out, very prompt. Did what he had to do, repaired AC. They were here within 24 hours after I called.

They are coming out today on a repair. The refrigerator was covered under an annual service agreement. Everything takes two trips. They never have a part on their truck. It is almost a week before they come for the first and they say what the problem is and they then they have to order it. Then we wait through the order period and then it takes another couple of days or a week before they come back. I think it is endemic within that industry. I am satisfied with them. It is just that there are so many parts for so many models that everything invariably takes two visits and there is a lot of time before and between. When they tell you they are coming, they are coming. I guess they are as good as anyone else and we are reasonably satisfied. It is a difficult thing to get an appliance repair warranty company that will do everything on the first try.

They never do what they say they will do. Every time something happens they always have extra charge. Each time they provide service they have extra charge which no one mentioned anything about it. Actually in the end every time they come out they do charge. It is surprising. It is really a catch I think. They really provide very bad quality service. If they found something wrong with the heating system they don't mention anything about the service charge, but they charge whatever the cost to repair it. The reason they said was that they didn't find out when I sent them out the contract. This is the pre-existing condition. They always say everything is not included in the contract. We cannot do anything except pay the whole thing. They are not professional at all. They never respond to my phone call or e-mail. There is no correction about the price.
