+ -1 moreBonobo realty agent Maureen Wrage was the agent that advertised 1/1 condo at On top of the world community as “move in ready”. I looked at the place, it stunk like a smoked in bar at 2am. The kitchen cabinets were dirty, Maureen said she would take care of that. She didn’t. Both fans didn’t work properly and had to be replaced , light in the bathroom stopped working and the plumbing issues. Non of the repairs were done in the timely manner. A year later I am still waiting for my deposit money. I would not recommend using Maureen Wrage as your agent
Description of Work: 2 fans were replaced, light in the bathroom, walls were washed. The plumbing issue was not resolved. I had to wait for landlord approval which was taking over 2 months of my time and a lot of aggravation.
