Michael sold us carpeting that turned out to be horrible. It showed all kinds of foot prints, even our little 10 lb dogs prints. The carpeting looked like the sand at the beach with foot prints all over it. Unless you want to vacuum your carpet everyday I don't recommend it. I would not recommend ANYONE buying carpeting from this place. That carpeting shouldn't even be sold in the stores.

We were very satisfied with the quality and overall services provided to us. Everything occurred as defined by Mike at their Countryside location, including a site visit. Problems with the tile floor took a day or so longer but the results were outstanding. Very happy with the results of the process and experience.

.The guys that came out to lay the carpet were very professional. It all went pretty quickly. They don't charge any extra to move the furniture.

I was in a time crunch - I had just bought a house and wanted laminate flooring installed before furniture was delivered. It seemed like everything was going to work out until the installers (contracted labor) arrived with the wrong material. It was upsetting when the sales person insisted that I was wrong and that the material brought to my house was what I had ordered. It was not. The salesperson actually came to my house to see in person that it was the wrong color laminate. By then, the workers had returned the material to the warehouse and went on to another job. This meant that my flooring was not installed in time and some furniture was, in fact, damaged because the furniture had to be moved around as the workers installed the flooring. I purchased an inexpensive laminate - my fault - but the sales person never explained what could damage laminate. I had an elderly dog and had a difficult time protecting the flooring from damage. Had I known that laminate would not hold up, I might have made a different choice. In the end, you get what you pay for.

We had to canceled the order do to the fact that we where unable to close on home. We expected to be charged back 20% ofr the flooring. Instead they charged us back 20% for everything including the Glue. They also never ordered the floor the first time, they said that it was on back order Found out that it was in stock the whole time. We found out that it was in stock at the warehouse so they ordered it again. We canceled the job the next day but now they told us it was to late the floor was coming in that day. Tryed to get some store credit back so we can buy flooring down the road but they said they would not be able to help us at all. I guess they loss a customer that has spent many thousands with them.

My experience went very well. The staff was very professional and friendly while visiting. The pricing was reasonable and I was pleased with the outcome of their services. I would recommend this company to others.

Overall, we had an outstanding experience. Myles, our salesman, was fantastic . . . true to his word in terms of quality and timing of installation. We are pleased with the new hardwood floor in the master bedroom and would definitely use Bob's Carpet Mart again. The experience was very professional.

Sales guy Mike Korski was very helpful. Helped us find the wood floors that matched what we had in another room and a designer carpet for our master bedroom. Mike was super nice and easy to work with. Came out to do an exact estimate, give us some options, and let us see what we picked in the store in the house. The contractors came out on time and make quick work of demo-ing our existing ceramic tile. They laid 1,100 sq. ft. of hard wood in 2 days. It looks great and the installer Eric was very nice and professional. His crew was very nice as well. I have nothing but nice things to say about them and the job they did. The carpet installers were a different crew and were ok but didn't fit the edges of the carpet under the baseboards quite like we expected. We asked while they were there and they said, and quot;that's just the way it is because of the seaming.and quot; I'm not gonna beg the guy to do his job so we called Mike back at the store and he said, and quot;no, if you're not happy we're not happy.and quot; They were supposed to come back and fix it. We still haven't heard back from them or Bob's Carpet Mart and now our furniture is in place and it's not my job to make sure they do thiers. My C's for Overall experience, professionalism and quality, and the D for repsonsiveness are due to them not addressing the problems I had with the carpet installation.

They are a little slow with delivery. Everything else was great though. We have already used them twice.

My experience with them was positive, and they were very responsive. I would probably consider contacting them again in the future.

The estimate was good for the vinyl requested. Bob's Carpet Mart was able to work within our time frame. The issue we had with them was in meeting us for the installation on that day. They had agreed to meet at the office at 8AM and did not show until 9:30. The next day we again asked that they show at the time agreed upon. Again they did not show at the specified time. They had reasons why they were not there but gave us no explanation as to why they would not have called to advise us that they couldn't be there at the agreed upon time.

I went into their store and talked to the sales person. He walked us through a couple of floors, hardwood laminate, tile and carpets. My interaction with them was fine. We did not talk much about the price. They were showing me the options and they had plenty of options in terms of laminates and woods. I was pleased with their selection. The price was a factor for me. It was one of the companies that I was considering.

The salesman was very helpful and not pushy in the store or at our house. He brought extra samples for ideas for some future flooring we need to replace. He suggested a new pad to protect against future pet accidents. The order took a little longer to arrive than first indicated. The installation was done without any problems and looks great. There was some minor cleanup that was missed after they left.

Everything was good, they were polite and knowledgeable. It was pretty good overall. We looked around at other places and their's was fair, they gave us a pretty good price.

Water heater ruptured in laundry room right before Thanksgiving. Floor had to be replaced. Stop by Bob's Carpet Mart one afternoon, picked out tile and guys were there to install next day. Did a wonderful job and were very quick.

We used Bob's again after having a good experience with them 5 years ago at another home. They sent someone out in advance to measure the carpet before ordering it. They arrived on time, did an excellent job on the installation, taking care not to cut or marr the baseboards and they did it for exactly the price they'd estimated. Plus, their prices are an excellent value. We will use them again when we need carpet.

The people who came out did a real good job and made some good suggestions which made the situation better for me. The people who installed the carpet were contracted by Bob. Bob just sold carpets. I had shopped around a little bit and their price was good. The quality was good and the material is relatively new. They were here on time and there was no pressure from the sales people. They cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again in future.
