+ 0 moreThey didn't want to do a detailed quote. They said they don' t do that. They said they just give total job cost and I didn't want that. I made them give me a detailed quote. The salesman never called me. I tried to call him several times. It was detailed but not as detailed as I think it should be. They were in the store and I went to them.
Description of Work: I received an estimate to redo the staircase in my house with vinyl. It was to replace the carpeting and replacing it with vinyl plank. It included a landing upstairs.

Description of Work: Install was terrible Ended up with 20 foot ridge in middle of living room. They would not correct even though they did come back once Found later via another Angie list installer that Bobs piece measles the padding and that is reason for ridge/bump. Poor quality installation and customer response. NEVER USE AGAIN

+ -1 moreThey removed all the carpet, moved furniture, applied the Wisper Mat (sound proofing), and installed 1000 sq-ft of new 20x20 tile. The sales people, installers, and completing the installation (including cleanup) were all above expeditions. We also added transition tile between rooms and it came our perfect.
