Description of Work: Installed Shaw laminate flooring in combination living room/dining room. | |The installer, a sub contractor, arrived on schedule with all necessary product and equipment. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very cooperative in assisting with moving of some large furniture pieces. He completed the installation in a timely manner, and provided advice on specific floor care. He cleaned the work area and hauled away debris. He performed all of the tasks as per our contract and we were very satisfied with the entire process.

Description of Work: Carpet was not installed properly. Repeated trips to repair & it is still buckling in every room. Unravelling at various seams. Strung us along until warranty was expired. This was the bobs carpet mart from new port richey. |I had other jobs I needed to purchase carpet for & because of the inferior installation I did not use them again.

Description of Work: Bob's installed 1200 sq ft of tile. I hired a professional tile inspector at the request of Bob's. The tile inspectors conclusion was that the floor was installed incorrectly. There was lipping, mottling and hollow tiles. It took 8 months for Bob's to settle with me. I will not recommend anyone to use this company.

Description of Work: Had four rooms carpeted and one room got hardwood flooring. Did it in three sessions. First carpet installation was very good however when they pulled up the old carpet I vacuumed because I did not feel they would do an appropriate job. Installation, attitudes, and professionalism were very good. Second session we had hardwood flooring installed. That team was neat, quiet, and did a beautiful job. The third session was more carpeting. Installation very good but the installers wanted to use my vacuume which can almost over-whelm a household vacuume when they go over excessive threads and scraps. The did not inform me the folding closet doors (4) would need a carpenters attentions so they would close and seemed to be a little too concerned about getting out and being done for the day

Description of Work: INSTALLED WOOD LAMINATE IN LOWER LEVEL OF HOME (APPROX 1,000 SF) AND REPLACED CARPET IN MAJORITY OF UPPER LEVEL OF HOME AND STAIRCASE (APPRX 500 SF.). WENT TO OTHER FLOORING CONTRACTORS FOR ESTIMATES BUT THEY DID NOT BEAT THE QUOTE AND QUALITY OF MATERIAL PROVIDED BY BOB'S.

Description of Work: ED CAME TO OUR HOME TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS FOR AN ESTIMATE. HE PROVIDED US WITH TONS OF SAMPLES.HE TRIED TO MATCH SAMPLES I WOULD DRAG IN FROM OTHER STORES. HE SPECIAL ORDERED MANY SAMPLES AND EVEN PERSONALLY DELIVERED SOME TO THE HOUSE! HE WOULD ORDER SAMPLES AND HAVE THEM AT THE HOUSE WITHIN THE WEEK. HE WAS PATIENT AND KIND DESPITE MY CHANGING MY MIND ABOUT THE TYPE/COLOR OF CARPET I WANTED INSTALLED FREQUENTLY.HE FOLLOWED UP WITH ME BUT DID NOT APPLY PRESSURE.ALLOWED ME THE SPACE I NEEDED TO MAKE CHOICES. ULTIMATELY I DID NOT USE BOB'S CARPETMART BUT IT WAS NOT BECAUSE OF ED OUR SALESMAN. I FEEL GUILTY THAT I DIDN'T BUT I JUST COULDN'T FIND THE CARPET THAT I WAS SEARCHING FOR.DESPITE THE HUGE INVENTORY THERE! A PERSONAL PROBLEM REALLY.BUT ED WAS WONDERFUL.A REAL ASSET TO THE BUSINESS.A LESSER MAN WOULD HAVE AIMED TO KILL-NOT TO PLEASE AFTER DEALING WITH ME FOR A FEW MONTHS......SO KUDOS EDDIE!ASK FOR EDDIE! HE WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A MILLION DOLLAR ACCOUNT EVEN IF YOU AREN'T.

Description of Work: REMOVING OLD CARPET AND LAYING NEW IN 5 ROOMS.

Description of Work: They brought indoor and outdoor carpet out and it wont lay flat. They wanted to glue it to my river rock and I said no. Said manager Craig is nasty to me and wont resolve my problem. I will keep trying.

Description of Work: I bought a remnant. They vacuumed the room when they were done and I was very happy.

Description of Work: They installed the vinyl floor in our kitchen and did a great job.
