Excellent, very professional, on time. Was impressed and would recommend.

I left a previous review, but for some reason, it cannot be edited, so I have to leave a new review. I was unhappy about damage that was done to my gutters, and the fact that it wasn't repaired in a timely fashion. Today, on a Sunday, someone came out to fix my gutters, and I am satisfied with the result. As I had mentioned, I was happy to leave an updated review once my problem was fixed. I would hire them again. All I wanted was for them to repair the damage caused, and to do it in a timely fashion. That seemed like a reasonable expectation. Now that the repairs have been completed, I am totally satisfied with them.

The contractor was late to our appointment He took some photos and caulked a couple pipes. Although he was friendly and professional, I do not agree with the service. Basically, I paid $100 for someone to supply $5 worth of caulk. I could have done that myself and saved. Avoid this offer, it's a complete waste of time and money.

The work was performed to my satisfaction.

I would highly recommend BMCI! Jim Shoemaker came out and took his time explaining my roof replacement. The crew was very professional. They cleaned up as if they were never there. Just a great roof!! Thanks to everyone at BMCI !

Excellent...BMCI had a large team that showed up early in the morning, worked very hard to clear off the old shingles, replace old damaged wood, replace old vents with more efficient ones and began to lay new shingles down the same day and completing the entire project by the next day. The roof looks amazing. Ken Ward was such a help to me as he was the only roofer to look at the old roof and notice the damage to the roof was wind related and advised me to call my insurance company....he helped me through the entire process and even showed up when the adjuster came to look at the damage to my roof...all of that said - I saved thousands of dollars out of pocket cost. Very grateful!!

As good as anyone could expect; they did a terrific job! Jim "Shoe" Shoemacher was my salesman and contact person; he stayed in touch with me throughout the process, updating me on the start time, permitting, weather and etc. He took MANY pictures, answered any and all questions I had before during and after the job; he was honest and did NOT try to over-sell or gouge me! Their quote was fair and reasonable. "Shoe" also went-to-bat for me regarding getting the insurance company to come up with additional dollars due me because they missed a couple of items that "Shoe" DID NOT! He provided the insurance company with the necessary info (i.e. pictures, etc.) and they cooperated. The job took 3 days from start to finish, they cleaned-up during and after the job completion and made sure I was COMPLETELY happy with the end-product; and I WAS!!! I would highly recommend you give BMCI Contracting a call before you make a final decision on a contracting company; it will be worth your time! Approx. cost of a NEW Shingle roof with lots of venting: under $5,000

The gentlemen came and inspected the spot where a leak was supposed to be, he didn't find anything. he never inspected inside the attic, saying it could be the air conditioner, when the air conditioner handler is on the garage on the opposite side of the house where the "leak" was spotted.

Absolutely perfectly. Shoe is very professional, he knows his stuff and he fixed us right up! I can't say enough positive things, he is a really great guy.

Shoe provided excellent customer service. He is awesome! I am out of town and rent out the house I want to retire in. He took pictures and explained everything. Before deciding to replace the roof, I asked him to go back out to the house and check the attic to determine its condition and estimate how many boards might need replacement. The previous roof was done in 1996 so i was shocked at its condition. Shoe explained that the heat due to the lack of ventilation in the attic made the tar on the shingles wear out faster thinning the shingles. He installed a ventilation system that runs the entire length of my attic which also helps with the electric bills. I feel very blessed to have found Shoe and his company. Missy in the office was also just as helpful and professional. The job was done within the 2 days he said it would be with no mess or damage to my pool cage or other parts of the property. Because they did the job right I am getting a discount on the wind mitigation portion of my insurance too. I am very pleased and highly recommend this company.

The representative, that goes by the name, "Shoe", yes Shoe. Came to the house to give the estimate. I only wanted some minor work done, he was pushy and suggested a 35K new roof. After I rejected that suggestion, he said he could send 2 of his guys out in about a week and it would cost $1500 to close a few entry points with foam and possibly mesh if needed. I let him know that was a pretty high cost for minimal work, he then offered another option and this is where I should have just asked him to leave. "Shoe" offered one of his "supervisors" to come out the next day because of a last minute scheduling opening and he would do the work for $1,000. While it was still high, I was desperate to get the work done and agreed. Long story short, this "supervisor" comes and I end up finding out after the foam job is complete, it's his son, who is not licensed by the company "Shoe" is representing. The son tells me he just ran out of invoices and will send one to my email in a day or so. I have asked for a simple receipt for over 3 WEEKS and "Shoe" refuses to send anything and distanced himself from his own son's sub par work. Nobody will return a call or send a receipt but they cashed the check the same day for $1000. This company and "Shoe" are complete crooks and should NOT be used under any circumstances. Total SCAM artists, they will leave you stranded with POOR WORKMANSHIP.

They still have not called me to schedule the work. The site had me select 3 different dates to do the work. They were supposed to contact me to schedule but have failed to do so.

Just fine. Mr. Shoemaker and I discussed an ongoing leak out in my patio, and he recommended a solution that I will address in a couple of months. He provided a lot of info about my shingles, that they were good for at least another five or six years. I'm considering going solar so I wanted to know about the shingle condition.

We interview many companies from Angie’s List before hiring BMCI. BMCI gave us the best estimate for the job. We are grateful for their professionalism and integrity. Since our house has a low-slope roof the job was completed with 3-tab shingles. Even though this is the case, other companies tried to sell us the more expensive 3d shingles. BMCI did not try to sell us the 3d shingles. They were honest with their estimate. The work was performed quickly and they cleaned after themselves. The house looks adorable. We will definitely hire them again. We highly recommend them for your roofing needs. Thanks BMCI!

We used BMCI Contracting and that worked out great. The price was good. The amount of time it took on it was good. His consciousness was good.

Shoe from BMCI came in to inspect my roof. Shoe was courteous, punctual, thorough and friendly. Shoe gave me the full report on the status of my roof along with pictures and explained all the potential spots for problems. I would highly recommend BMCI and Shoe in particular, for any roof related inspections or repairs.

Since we bought an existing home, we wanted to get a roof inspection done for peace of mind. Representative from BMCI arrived at the time promised and completed the service including some minor repairs of raised shingles. Overall, would recommend this company.

Went great! To my surprise and delight, Justin came out, found the problem immediately and proceeded to fix the issue. No extra charge incurred. Justin was knowledgeable and personable and I am now starting to be a fan of Angies List. Especially when you are new to an area, as I was, it great to find someone reliable.
