The representative was extremely courteous and polite. An inspection of the repair that was needed was scheduled and I received a call 10 minutes prior to their arrival canceling the appointment due to prior work commitments. I explained what was needed in detail and was told that it would exceed their $99 special which was OK. A second appointment was scheduled later that day. When the project was discussed in detail they did not seem interested.

He was informative, respectful and efficient. While we declined the repair, we would certainly consider them in the future when needing a new roof. I would recommend them.

Happy to say I just had a new roof put on my home. BMCI was one of three companies I received a quote from after checking out recommendation on Angie's List and YELP. My salesman was "Shoe" Jim Shomacher. He stayed in touch with me throughout the process, updating me on the start time, permitting, weather etc. I got quotes from 3 companies, Their quote was in the middle, not the cheapest but the one that was the cheapest did not include all the extras including the removal of my solar heating system and the re-install of it after completion. I choose the energy efficient shingles so I am hoping to see a reduction in my power bill. The job took 3 days from start to finish. I would highly recommend BMCI, if you need a roof, let them know I recommended them. Hoping to be leak free for YEARS to come.

Justin came out to take a look at the roof. He was very honest and said that there were a few seals were the chimney and other pipes coming from the roof had contracted and left tiny gaps. He examined the entire roof and sealed all the raised nails/screws and sealed all the joins. He said if there were any future leaks from what he had sealed that the company would come out and fix it for free. He was very quick and thorough,

We frantically sought out help and found BMCI through Angie's List. To say Jessica and Ken were helpful would be a total understatement- both were overflowing with advice & kindness and were very communicative through the whole ordeal. Ken made it over to our house *that* day during a lull in the rain and patched up the problem as a courtesy call- what a gentleman! Undoubtedly, we'll be turning to BMCI for all of our future roofing needs- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Ken Ward, BMCI Contracting, answered my call the first time I called and assured me he would be out to my home as soon as it stopped raining. He was at my home by 1030a the next day and was able to find the problem and repair the leak before noon! Service was great and the price was very reasonable, No more leaks! I definitely recommend BMCI for your roofing needs!

I called BMCI regarding a roof leak and someone was able to come out the next afternoon and look at it. After Jim (“Shoe”) called me to set the appointment, he also emailed me a picture of himself so I would know who to expect at the door. His previous appointment that day ran over but he was sure to give me a call with an update about when I could expect him to be at my house. When he (and his co-worker Justin) arrived they were friendly and professional. He checked the problem area, took pictures of the issues and after showing them to me, he explained how best to repair them. While watching the work being done I was able to see Shoe’s attention to detail. He even provided me a number to call to let him know personally if I still had any problems. Even though we haven’t had any significant rain since the repair, I’m sure that I will have no more problems with leaks.

It went very well. Roofing during the summer is very challenging in Florida. Licensing departments are very busy and the rain was very heavy and seemingly continual. The company started the efforts immediately and completed the work well in time for the closing of the sale of the home. They faced increasing delays with the weather challenges, but even worked the weekend to get the contract completed. The workers were diligent, the management and marketing staff were very professional and friendly. They are following up with the new home owner regarding guarantees provided.

Fantastic. I called on a Thursday afternoon because my ceiling was collapsing from rain. A worker was at my house at seven o'clock that night. he went into the attic he diagnosed the issue and was able to jump up on the roof and apply a temporary patch to keep the rain out. They are working with my insurance agent and as soon as it is approved I am hiring them to install this roof.

All work was completed timely. All debris was cleaned up. Very professional in manner.
