Bin There Dump That Tampa Bay was efficient and easy to work with. I called them and set up our appointment. They answered my questions, and then they delivered the container as scheduled. The contained were clean and easy to access because they had a front door opening. The company stayed in contact with us, so we knew when the container was coming, and they were flexible when we needed a new one. I called, and they scheduled a pick up/drop off of containers. I have no reservations about recommending them to people.

I ordered a 20YD Dumpster for a Monday morning, received a call from the driver informing me that he would be delivering the dumpster within 30 minutes. He was on time; set the dumpster exactly where I requested; and put it on blocks in order for the dumpster to be stable and not damage the driveway. I was contacted two days before it was supposed to be picked up, I requested to keep it for another 5 days. The office staff are friendly and efficient. They picked up the dumpster this afternoon, and swept up the area around the dumpster once it was on the truck. They are excellent to do business with, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

This is the second time using this company. All I can say is good things. Never have I had a company so responsive when called upon. For my second dumpster. It was on site at my house immediately the next day. The really nice touch is when time to pick up. The driver remembered our conversation from my first use of this service. That I work at night. He didn’t call. He text me as he didn’t want to wake me if I was sleeping because he remembered the shift I work. I responded thank you and it’s ok to come. He was so quiet picking it up. I never even heard the truck. Wouldn’t of woke a baby. Such a nice touch when finding a good trustworthy company can be challenging these days. I highly recommend them and can assure you the upmost care is taken to your driveway and property.

The dumpster was delivered promptly and placed exactly where I asked for it. The dumpster was placed on boards to protect my driveway. The double doors in the back made it easy to load. It was picked up promptly when I called for pickup. The driver let me know when it was picked up. Would highly recommend.

As far as Dumpsters go, it was clean and painted Lime Green. Was not the eye sore you would think a dumpster would be, in my retirement, residential neighborhood.

Mike and his team were fantastic! They were punctual, courteous, half the price of the first company I worked with, and were able to meet my needs for drop-off and pick-up. I did not find them until I had already worked with a large Waste collection company. The other company was late on delivery, difficult to work with over the phone, and their team was confused and disconnected as to my specific work requested. Very well - delivery and pickup were on schedule and customer service was great

I found this company via a Google search, and did an online request to get quotes for two sized dumpsters. I got a near immediate response, and was able to call to reserve a dumpster right away. In roughly 24 hours, I found the company, booked a dumpster and had it delivered to my house. It was put in a great location, was able to easily open the doors to get stuff in, and then plenty big enough. I called for it to be picked up and it was taken away the same day.

Our dumpster was delivered on time and we were called ahead of time to let us know that they were on their way. We will certainly use them and recommend them in the future.

This company was super professional and kind on top of that. It's rare to get both anymore.
